What an amazing food truck find! The food was flavorful, well prepared and creative. It was the BEST burger and pork belly sandwich we’ve ever had. The rosemary, ginger honey cream brûlée was the perfect end to our meal. The family was delightful! No photos because we devoured it so quickly.

Fabulous pork belly sandwich! And the corn side was amazing.
I had the Tuna Melt here. It was okay, and the Tuna was massive. However, the ingredients didn't seem to go well together. Yes, there was melted cheese, and yes, the bread was grilled and crispy. But for some reason, I just was not liking the Tuna they had with it all. Maybe the Tuna was a little overcooked, but it didn't taste like much to me. I also got the tater tots here, and they looked more like hash browns put on a waffle iron, just so people aren't confused (it doesn't make it bad, fwiw). I thought it was pretty decent, too, though nothing that really puts it above the Tuna sandwich. This rating may not be completely fair, as I probably should have tried their other options (like the burger or chicken sandwich). Overall, still a decent place, and I'd still like to try them out again.

Kickshaws was always on our list to try but we could never get the timing right until this vacation. Seth and his family is honestly amazing! It was so good we ate there twice in one day lol The 100% awesome burger, to die for. The chompin cheesesteak, FANTASTIC Wha what wagyu, phenomenonal. You won't be disappointed!
