Kickshaws was one of the highlights of our intimate wedding! Their catering menu is huge, so it was hard to pick dishes because everything looked so mouthwatering and creative. In the end, it was all delicious and everyone raved about the food. Paulette and Seth were easy to coordinate with and they were accommodating of all of our special requests. Definitely stop by their food truck or hire them for your next event!

We loved this truck! Unique options to choose from. My husband got the burger and I got the jackfruit sandwich - delicious! Highly recommend.

We stopped by the food trucks for lunch, and were sucked in by the smell of BBQ. I went to Kickshaws just to grab a Dr. Pepper and on a whim also ordered a rosemary honey creme brulee, which was astonishingly delicious. Probably one of my top 5 favorite desserts of all time.

The best burger I've had, maybe ever. The owners were exceptionally nice and even with the quality of the food, it didn't take long at all.

We stopped here on a day when he opened at 11a. We also just split the burger and the tater tots waffle, so we have limited experience at this truck. I thought that the burger was flavorful, but a little greasy (the bottom bun was SOGGY) likely due to the patty being 20% bacon ?. The sides for the burger, though just a bonus, were rather uninspired kettle chips and about 5 green beans. The tater tot waffle was also good with the cheese sauce, but definitely heavy. Perhaps if I ordered one of the more unique sandwiches, I could bump up the rating to 5...It was good enough that I would try it again on a return trip, but I'll have to give it a *good not great* this time.

Usually situated in a food truck part in Poipu, Kickshaw is a gem of a food truck that all foodies MUST visit. The food isn't just good -- it's meticulously prepared. So much thought goes into even the grind of the burger to make it that much more special! We came by twice while we were in Kauai and wish we could've come back more to try literally every item on the menu. The owners are also both awesome people! We had short conversations with both on our visit and love the way they run their truck.Check their hours and make sure to go early to get more menu options before they start running out of certain items!

There have been plenty of times I have given high marks for everything but food and had a mediocre score overall because the food just didn't cut it. Kickshaws is the opposite. Seriously great food. Carefully thought out menu with great ingredients brilliantly prepared. Imagine a tuna melt with big chunks of tuna cooked perfectly, gooey slightly sharp cheese that holds together on wonderful bread. Perfect example of everything that comes out of the truck. The woman taking orders is super friendly (and cute ), but the friendliness can make the line drag a bit. Prices are pretty good, actually very good for the islands. If you are near Koloa town, make this your lunch stop!
