Understood the waiting time is about one hour. The fried rice is way too salty. Although the pasta tastes good, the crispy pork added with the pasta is super hard to chew. Kids won’t take it at all.All the food is very pricy: 2 pasta and one fried rice is $80.

This is a place that you need to plan accordingly the wait for our order was 50 minutes and they have no seating so we called ahead and planned a beach day where we could enjoy our lunch. On the website they do caution you that it’s not fast food and normally takes 40-50 minutes so don’t expect great food to be ready in 5 minutes. It’s definitely worth the wait since everything we ordered was excellent! I can’t imagine how good it would be if we ate it after being freshly made. They make their noodles so everything is cooked fresh and made to order. You can even see the noodles being made in the shop. We ordered the Garlic Ulu Portabello, Lechon Malunggay, Adobong Lechon Kawali and then made our own pasta where you pick the noodles, sauce and protein. Servings size are huge so we all shared and got to try a lot of food. My fav was definitely the Lechon Malunggay. Lechon was so crispy and the noodles so tasty. But everything was sooo deliciousThe lady at the counter was so friendly.

Highly recommend, food was absolutely delicious; even the kids enjoyed the colorful pasta. There is no seating inside or outside. The host recommend to eat at the botanical garden near by (15 minutes away). We did just that - that botanical garden has breathtaking views.

Took a drive to the countryside beautifu town of kaneohe. Place our order, and they said it will take about an hour because a lot of orders are being made. They will call us when our food was ready. It didn't bother us because we went to Valley of the temples. The staff gave us a tip. To phone order our food since it takes an hour overall, the food was super tasty, and big portions too. It was worth the driveParking: The parking lot is a little bit tight

Unique and delicious customizable dishes with high quality ingredients and simple yet elaborate tastes. The avocado pasta with mixed seafood was great! Large portions too. The employees are very welcoming and passionate about their work and like sharing their mission, to change things “one noodle at a time”. Both their philosophy about food and the food they prepare are engaging and worth trying/supporting. I truly hope they succeed in their mission and convert other Hawaiian businesses to their ideal ?

**Call ahead to pre order your food in advance a couple days ahead as it can be like a 90 minute wait if u walk in and order**Probably rated the top restaurant on island, this small Kaneohe shop makes local inspired noodles from scratch and makes each order fresh which causes the long wait time.... But worth the wait??Noods with lechon (Filipino fried pork)? As weird as it sounds is buggah is action and their most popular plate. Get the spicy sauce option. The Malunggay chewy house made green pasta accents the crispy lechon and makes this dish the best seller? Recommend the Garlic Ulu Pasta with Portabello Mushrooms, the Macadamia Nut Crusted Fish with Spicy Mango Sauce and Avacado Pasta and the Taro Pasta with shrimp, luau leaves and coconut sauce??Open late till 8 pm so worth the afternoon drive to the windward side. Bit on the pricier side but worth supporting local and they do pack the plates well? Friendly service, Auntie Millie takes care? dont forget to grab dessert too!

Popular freshly made noodles in town. The general gist is that you would pick a noodle (I recommend the malunggay), which would come to you seasoned and cooked with some veggies and you can add on a topping ( a protein of some sort)The staff responsible for order speaks over loudspeaker so everything is clearly communicated. There is no seating on-site and parking is relatively difficult in the small lot, but the food is worth it.We got the lechon with ube noodles and mixed seafood in lemongrass cream sauce with mallunggay noodles. For two people and if I were to do it again, I would get one topping and get two different types of noodles.Parking: Small lot with maybe 4 dedicated spaces

When you get food from here make sure to order it by phone at least 30 mins in advance. Because I’m sure a lot of people order from here & sometimes they are backed up in orders up to an hour and a half before yours would be ready. We really enjoyed our food and would totally come back! We ordered ube noodles with Lechon and the uku noodles with garlic and portobello mushroomsOh my gosh it was so flavorful and delicious!

Cute little shop located in a strip mall. We ordered the taro noodles with shrimp, luau, and coconut cream sauce, as well as the lechon on malungai noodles. The noodles are thick and have a nice chewy texture. My taro noodles were covered in rich coconut sauce with bits of luau mixed in. There was a lot of shrimp and it was cooked perfectly. The lechon dish was on stir fried malungai noodles topped with tomatoes, purple onion, and slices of lechon. It was pretty spicy which I enjoyed. It also comes with a citrus vinaigrette on the side for dipping. The serving size was pretty big so we only ate about half of our plate. They have a large selection of desserts, especially cheesecakes. We got the ube cheesecake and ube poi bread which were delicious.MUST call ahead to order. I've heard that there is usually a long wait. We called at 5:30 to pick up at 7 and our food was ready when we arrived. The workers are very friendly and welcoming. I just wish there was room to sit inside and eat. The food smelled so good we sat in our car and chowed down.

Last week, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. This review is not just about the food. While the food was delicious and mouth watering, it was the kindness exhibited by “Uncle Richie,” that ultimately blew us away. In knowing we were catching a flight to Philly, he did everything to ensure we were well fed with the best shirt ribs and garlic noodles I have ever tasted, in a hurry, and even gave us a surprise! We appreciate you Uncle Richie! We will be back soon!
