Very poor waiting service. Why am I waiting 20 minutes to an hour just to order my food and then another 30 minutes to get it. Not even on a busy night. Very dissatisfied.

Great place to watch the fights. Loved the Asian zing wings! Our server Sariah was amazing. She gave really great drink recommendations and walked us through how to use the reward program. Super caring with exceptional service that’s rare these days. Love this place!

Spent $100 on 2 bugers and wings as take out order. Hubby picked up and got home to Kaaawa and they forgot my onion rings, and forgot all my dipping sauces, plus the wings barely had any sauce on them. I'm very dissatisfied with their terrible service and lack of trying to make ot right. They gave me a $2 refund. I will never go back.

This restaurant places mobile delivery orders out to be easily stolen with no supervision, causing drivers and customers to wait for food that'll never come. The manager here is incompetent.

It took the waiter 20 minutes just to come talk to us. Then, she was extremely rude while taking our order and cut us off while talking, straight up made fun of my order, and left mid conversation to do something else. The horrible server's name is Nikki. I will not be back here for a while.

Bottom tier BDubbs. Service was very bad. Sometimes you can chalk it up to a bad night, but this was exceptional. Missed two entrees, empty drinks, when we politely asked about our entrees and drinks, waitress walked away. She did end up getting our stuff to us, but nary a manager in the place. Just the bartender “supervisor.”

Food was on par with the other BDubbs. The bathrooms were disgustingly unkempt.

Overall… very bad.

First and last time for me!! Crowd piled up at the entrance with no host in sight. Sat at the bar, no bartender in sight for about 10 plus minutes. When one finally showed up, foot dragging and looking at her feet. Finally took my drink order and I asked for a menu. Another customer had to loan me hers. She dragged around the bar for another 10 to 15 minutes slower than I have ever seen in a bar. Came over to a couple next to me who just sat down and took their food and drink order ahead of me. Paid for my drink and left. This place will be closed within a year. Pathetic

Just simply a terrible experience. I made a pickup order for 7:30 and got there right at 7:30. There was no one to greet me and no one came out until 10 minutes of standing there with multiple other people standing there saying they had been waiting for 20+ minutes without being greeted. When they came out I told them I was waiting on my pickup order and they said they were a little behind in the kitchen and it would be another 15 minutes. Okay no biggie, thanks for the update. I waited another 20 minutes and got my first order. I was checking my order when i discovered that I only received 10 of my 20 wings and there wasn’t any sauce on them. They came out with my second order and I told the worker and he said let’s check and see if they’re in with this second order, they were not. So he took the wings back and got me new ones. While waiting, I checked my second order and the food was right but i didn’t get any of the sauce I ordered. Between the 2 orders there was supposed to be 6 ranch and a habanero sauce. i got 1 ranch and that was it. They came back out with my corrected wings and did not ask if there was anything else and just walked away. There was a women worker by the name of Elinor that came out to take an order over the phone. After she was done she asked if anyone was helping me which i then asked for my habanero sauce. She cut me off when i tried asking for my ranch and also my receipts which i had asked for originally but did not receive. she came back and gave me the habanero sauce, didn’t say anything, turned around and started walking away. i had to stop her to tell her i needed ranch and my receipts which she responded by rolling her eyes, not saying anything, and walking over to the register where she started angrily punching things into the computer. she then grabbed me 2 ranches when i needed 5 more but i was so fed up at this point that i just asked for the manager. she again did not saying anything and went and got the manger. he clearly did not care about his customers because he wouldn’t offer a resolution to any of my issues only that he would talk to his worker and he did not apologize to me a single time. there was another women waiting for her food over an hour in the lobby with me and he did not seem to care about her issue as well as he did not offer any solution besides going to check on it. terrible service, terrible staff, and terrible food. by the time we left the store our food was cold because it took so long to get the food fixed and the sauces we needed. i also realized when we got home that my garlic parm wings were very incorrect. about 15/20 of them looked like they were thrown in the fryer a second time to be reheated as they were overcooked. those same wings all were spicy and tasted like they had some sort of dry rub on it before being tossed in the sauce which i did not order.

Waited in their lobby to be seated for 2 hours and never even got communicated with or spoke to about anything; was not told how long the wait would be, wasn’t even greeted. The restaurant was at maybe half capacity when we came in with the rest of the space being taken up by unbussed tables with food, all in all a horrible experience I just wish they would’ve communicated better so I wouldn’t have to waste a big chunk of night like that

Will never go back. I wish I could give 0 stars. No one took my drink order or even brought water until I got the attention of the manager, which wouldn’t take my drink order either. When the waitress finally came by to take my order I’d sat there for 20 min. She had an attitude with me before I could even order. I was there for an hour an half before the waitress brought me my check and I hadn’t even received my drink or my food. When I did get my food my fries were hard and stale and my boneless wings were equivalent to McDonald chicken nuggets.

Poor service. Family of 4 seated by the hostess. Waited 15 mins and wasn't approached by any server to deliver water, take an order, or check in. It was 6 pm on a Sunday and the place was maybe 1/3 at capacity, not busy at all. Got up and walked out without being noticed. Sad. This is the problem with displacing local eateries with chain restaurants.

If I could give no stars for service I would. Jess was my waitress and I was there for the Jake Paul Mike Tyson fight and I was going to leave a cash tip when she came up to me with an attitude asking about where her tip was. I get food service workers like tips and you will get one but when you come up begging me with an attitude for no tip from my card when I was going to leave cash what the hell is that?
