Buffalo Wild Wings

Definitely got food poisoning from this place. All the chicken wings were over cooked and had a stale texture. My wings weren't even tossed, just slathered in a heap of sauce on the tray. My wife had to send her boneless wings back. Seriously I don't know how you screw up what are essentially chicken nuggets at a restaurant. I've been to this location a few times and the service is nothing to brag about either. Everyone here is not even doing the bare minimum. Also shown by the state of the place. There used to be a weird old beer odor that thankfully they got rid of, but the rest of the place is still not a beacon of health and safety practices. I could barely walk to the bathrooms cause the floor was so grimey and slippery. Also I paid in cash and my change was supposed to be $30.41. Waitress came back with $30 even. Not super pissed about that, but very unprofessional and rude to not even give me all my money back. Now it's Christmas Eve and my wife and I are sick in bed trying to care of our baby, not able to do anything because of a complete lack of care for health and safety. This place needs whole new management and staff that doesn't make you feel like a burden.

Very unfriendly, unprofessional female staff (hostess & waitress). Both had bad attitudes for no reason. I will not be back.

The server was nice and apologetic for the long wait to get to our table. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Our food was cold. The queso was about 6 oz and watery. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled bad.

Give this location a strong pass. They definitely precook their food (at least some) hours in advance before reheating and serving. My group ordered $100 worth of food and only ate a few bites.

Tried placing an order through the app for a 20 piece with fries for $22.99. The app was not allowing me to checkout due to technical errors on behalf of the app.
Walked in & the staff made sure their service was exemplary.
They honored the deal even though the deal was not coming up on their computers.
10/10.

Waited over an hour for my food.
Bartenders were phenomenal but BDUBS GENUINELY sucks now, the quality was terrible, all breading. Definitely can get a good bartender but not a decent dinner, extremely disappointed. Please stop cutting corners. I used to genuinely love Buffalo Wild Wings before this. 😞

I used to go all the time but after countless times of waiting and poor service I'm tired of it. I tried to be kind understanding and patient but after so many failed attempts I'm over it. You only have a few people who actually do good. Brada Brandon the bartender is amazing and never ever had a problem when he is working. I will god ther and wait 20 to 30 min sometimes before I would get one person to talk or see me which is absolutely unacceptable and when you say something now they all give attitude and act like I'm an asshole after waiting 25 min before someone even talks to me. The only reason I go is it's the only place open after 9 which is sad but true truly need to shape up so sad this service

Incredible staff- from servers to kitchen staff. Super friendly, quick service and just good vibes. I came in as a vegan not expecting a lot, asked if they could possibly bake the cauliflower wings and pretzel bites (for other veggies- if fried, they use beef tallow) and they couldn’t have been more accommodating if they tried. Highly recommend this location, and hope to return soon!

Just got take out. Ordered 2 kids meals and a large boneless wing meal. Got everything into car and thought we had it all. Missing the drinks (2 chocolate milks) with the kids meals which really makes the meal since it’s such tiny portions. Didn’t realize til we were already 15 mins away. Mac and cheese was old pasta with dried cheese on it, wouldn’t get again. Boneless wings were good. Tried to address the missing drinks on the app where we ordered and it only led to a number to call which did not get answered by anyone.

Came into the mall entrance and waited for 10 minutes for another customer to tell us we have to go to the other side. Once over there we waited another 10 minutes until I asked the bartender if some was there to help us. They said someone should be there shortly. Finally, someone came and seated us and left. After no one came up for another 5 - 10 minutes we left. To be honest there was only maybe 3 tables worth of people there, so there isn’t any excuse. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I LOVE this place! I have been going to B-Dubs since 2019, and have loved the place ever since! I like the high tables the most, and love all of their options. The flavors vary in heat, so there is always room for everyone's taste. I also like watching sports on the TVs.
