Just got take out. Ordered 2 kids meals and a large boneless wing meal. Got everything into car and thought we had it all. Missing the drinks (2 chocolate milks) with the kids meals which really makes the meal since it’s such tiny portions. Didn’t realize til we were already 15 mins away. Mac and cheese was old pasta with dried cheese on it, wouldn’t get again. Boneless wings were good. Tried to address the missing drinks on the app where we ordered and it only led to a number to call which did not get answered by anyone.

Came into the mall entrance and waited for 10 minutes for another customer to tell us we have to go to the other side. Once over there we waited another 10 minutes until I asked the bartender if some was there to help us. They said someone should be there shortly. Finally, someone came and seated us and left. After no one came up for another 5 - 10 minutes we left. To be honest there was only maybe 3 tables worth of people there, so there isn’t any excuse. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I LOVE this place! I have been going to B-Dubs since 2019, and have loved the place ever since! I like the high tables the most, and love all of their options. The flavors vary in heat, so there is always room for everyone's taste. I also like watching sports on the TVs.

I have been here multiple times. Every single time I have to wait forever just to get a hostess to even look in my general direction. Even on a completely empty night it will take upwards of 40 minutes to be seated. After that you’ll sight down and have to wait another 30-40 minutes before your server greats you and then another hour or 2 before you ever even see an appetizer. Worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant.

Zo was extremely helpful last night with the menu since the grill was down. He made great recommendations for food and sauces along with some of the beer specials they had running. He also had a table of about 30 plus people at the same time who were extremely rude to him! Despite the chaos he remained professional and very nice to them and us as well. Zo’s exceptional level of service completely turned our experience around! If it were possible to give more than 5 stars for service, he would certainly deserve it! We will definitely be returning! If you go in, ask for Zo!

Don’t waste your time at this place. Cane in to a nearly empty restaurant. Grill is broken, wings only, no blue cheese, takes about 45 min to get your food in-between meals. Can’t even blame our server Tiahni. She was coils just playing with “the cards she was dealt.” Truly, avoid this place though. Seriously, if you crave BWW Kaneohe, just have an evening of fasting.

Had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Windward Mall thanks to our server, Zo. He was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the start. Zo made sure everything came out just right, our drinks were always full and our food was hot and fresh 😊

Waited a good 40 minutes after the appetizers and my wife’s food arrived for my sandwich. To which she acknowledged and I’m certain she forgot about it to grab it from the kitchen. Finished the Dr Pepper and instantly felt sick and didn’t want my food anymore and took it home to eat when I felt less grossed out. I’m sure it’s to the soda machine, I let the waitress know about it and I only got a “oh so that’s where that went” not a sorry not a comp for the drink. Nothing. I always tip, so enjoy your $1 tip. Learn customer service thanks. 😊

I will not be coming back here again and if it wasn’t for you guys being attached to a mall. I’m 99% certain your business would die.

I have been to this location once, and no matter how starving I am, I will never return.

It was a Friday evening and they were NOT busy at all. I'd say 1/4 of the tables were occupied, it was almost oddly quiet for a Friday night with games going. We were seated immediately which was nice as I had my 4 year old and 8 month old dying for dinner.

We were seated near 6:40pm and placed an order for a sprite, a beer, a cocktail, the trio dip, potato wedges, and the kids tender/fry combo within the first 10 minutes of being seated.

20 minutes later the drinks, trio dip, and wedges arrived. Not my daughter's tenders though. The waitress apologized for the wait and said she would follow up with the kitchen, so she acknowledged the delay even before we did which shows me she sees the problem.

About 20 minutes after that she returned to check on us and we added one more beer, one more cocktail, a sandwich and a 10 piece boneless wing to our order. She didn't give an update on my daughter's tenders, we had to ask again.

20-30 minutes after adding the above items to our order it all comes out at once, but still no food for my daughter. On top of that, they incorrectly made the wings and gave us traditional. We sent them back and continued to tolerate this nonsense.

At this time it's 8:00pm and my daughter is utterly starving and continuously asking for her food, which was ordered at 6:50pm. It wasn't until now that they finally brought out her food, which was quite literally 3 small tenders and a handful of fries.

My husband expresses his frustration. While it wasn't the waitress's fault and we acknowledged that, we let her know how the delay for our child's food was beyond unacceptable, how the incorrect food is unacceptable, and we were so unhappy that we didn't even want their food anymore and just wanted to leave. She said we had to pay, but we didn't even consume any of the food as we are a family who waits for our children first. We asked for a manager and she said we still had to pay for the drinks which was fine, we did consume one beer and one cocktail and one sprite during that time, however she wanted to charge for unconsumed drinks as well. I want to reiterate they were NOT busy. The establishment was not loud, there was no excuse for the atrocious service we received. We asked for a manager and waited another 15 minutes before finally leaving and heading to the restaurant across the way and was served everything we ordered within 30 minutes.

Our experience was downright volatile and they should just close up shop.
