This is hands down the worst Burger King on the island, and that is saying a lot, because Burger King isn’t great to begin with. The service here is almost non existent. If you don’t go through the drive through, don’t plan on having anyone take your order any time soon. Last time I was there, I stood and waited for 30 minutes, while the manager did everything she could to avoid eye contact before I finally gave up and left. Save yourself the diarrhea and skip this place at all costs.

Lots of parking and good service. Also, dining area is big easy to find a table to sit down and eat.
Bad customer service, young girl at the window was rude and disrespect. She swear at us and girl tonight you’re lucky night. You were saved by and angel. She doesn’t know the difference btw frozen drink and fountain drink. You need to go back to Guam to learn proper English. Not going back there no wonder your store is always empty and no customer in it. Burger King needs to retrain their staff!

How to review of Burger King in kaneohe Hawaii. I went for lunch. And I had the Whopper combo number One. With fries and a drink I chose this because it was better than McDonald's. It's a good value for the money For three people, the class was about $40. It was not crowded. There was ample parking outside. Clean restrooms. Overall a pleasant experience.
