Know that if your dining in- no free refills. You'll have to purchase another drink. Bought a few burgers: 2 whopper Jr's + 1 fish burger: whoppers were dry & not really warm. Fish burger bread wasn't warm. Kids didnt like it. They have cheese balls things: not worth it- idk if its the batter & insides but not getting that again.
They do have crown hats to help yourself for the kids to - AWESOME 👌🏽

Came in to use the restroom and grab a quick bite. Noticed that the burgers coming out looked just like the ad pictures. All our food was made with care and attention to detail. I can't believe this is my review for a fast food location and it sounds like a fine dining establishment. But its the truth. We stumbled upon a place that is well managed, has properly trained staff, that cares for its customers. Oh wait they blocked off the soda machine. I take back everything i said. This place was ok.

9.8.25 2ish in the afternoon. I only ordered a large little ice root beer drink but was given a large drink with little ice and 60 percent soda water with little root beer syrup. Someone needs to check syrup to soda water ratio immediately! Mahalo. L. Silva.

This is hands down the worst Burger King on the island, and that is saying a lot, because Burger King isn’t great to begin with. The service here is almost non existent. If you don’t go through the drive through, don’t plan on having anyone take your order any time soon. Last time I was there, I stood and waited for 30 minutes, while the manager did everything she could to avoid eye contact before I finally gave up and left. Save yourself the diarrhea and skip this place at all costs.

This place is clean, friendly and love the decor. . If you want fresh French fries well you will get that at this Burger King. No long wait time. Customer service is high quality.
