Very terrible. I got toenails in my noodles and they served nasty rice.

The Okazu-Ya from day's past! Lovely Japanese Family, Chie, Joe and son Keith. The Mayo Salmon will have you doing somersaults, the Gobo so ono! I can write an essay on their food, but, I would rather eat it. Henceforth, try their offerings, you will be delighted!! With Great Aloha...Hau'oli

I don't care how expensive this place is. I just won't go there all the time. I love it for the food and the home-y feeling I get when I walk in. It's a small shop and you know what's there every time you walk in. Even then, I have so much trouble deciding what to get because everything is delicious. Hash? Egg? Shoyu hot dog? Garlic chicken? Nishime? Spam musubi? Fried rice? Chow fun? Really, the decision is so hard to make because I'll never be disappointed. I've been coming here for.. As long as I can remember, really. And I'll go here so long as it's open. It is probably on the pricier side, but not many okazuyas are really cheap, anyways. This one is my favorite, though. It will always be!

Expensive but oishi (onolicious). Rude but lady is fast and wants to serve her customer. Typical okazuya foods behind a screen and choose what you want to eat. My favorite, baked miso salmon in it's own foil bowl, inari, ume musubi and shrimp tempura or two, usually $10. Like the others, go early, food runs out fast, especially when school children have excursion, spam musubi and cold canned drink or water. You need to check Chi Chan out! You won't be disappointed ?
