Worker served person who cut in line before people who were waiting in line. No apology. Never going there again.

The food is good and reminds me of san diego chinese food. However I always see them going from register/touching money to serving food without changing their gloves. I've had to tell them everytime I go to please change their gloves. One girl did get a fresh glove then after she was done with my order put her same old gloves on. You can see the dirty finger tips. It's gross. More people should call it out so they change their gloves more.

Food tastes good when eaten immediately. Later though, reminds me of the secret tape from Mission Impossible. This food will self-destruct in 5 seconds.
Noodles was overcooked and soda was flat. Wouldn’t recommend it

Came to Chinatown Express as I was craving some Chinese food, and this is my go to spot on this side of the island. I have been here multiple times and so far the food has not disappointed, is good tasting, prices are affordable and service is quick. I typically get the plate where you can choose the number of entrees, and while those entrees have been good, I decided to try a different menu item: Eight Treasure Gau Gee Mien. Since this is a "made when ordered" item, the wait was a bit longer since the dish had to be made. Considering this, the wait wasn't too long...maybe somewhere between 5-10 minutes? When I got my order, the plate was nice and heavy (a good sign) and opening the container I was happy with the look of the food. The soft noodles were nicely covered with shrimp, broccoli, cabbage, charsiu, zucchini, mushrooms and carrots. They even put the gau gee in a seperate bag so it doesn't get soggy. Everything was cooked perfectly, nothing was overcooked and there was a nice ratio of gravy to noodles. The taste was perfect for me, I really enjoyed the dish and will definitely be ordering this again in the future!
Parking: Easy to find parking since it is in Windward Mall
Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor of the Mall
I Discovered recently they make a layer desert that I ate as a child , brown top layer, white bottom layers. Kind of mochi texture. As a child I got it from Char Hung Sut ( NOT IN BUSINESS ANYMORE) DIAMOND SHAPED . AT CHINATOWN EXPRESS IT IS CUT IN A RECTANGLE SHAPE. I like their big size cut bittermelon , noodles are yummy . QUICK FRIENDLY SERVICE !!!
