This location is SUPER friendly (specifically Dustin), the only draw back is they SELL OUT FAST!!! SO if you want the smaller cookies in a cup, specifically the chocolate chip...get their EARLY!!!! They are $$ a large cup is $11 plus tax, so closer to $12 each!!! One individual cookie is over $3.50!!! I always buy a ton of cookies before I go to the mainland but I think this is the last time...I spent $150!!!!

NUT ALLERGIES BEWAREJust had some of their chocolate chip cookies and had to go to the ER with anaphylactic shock.They clearly are not being careful with cross contamination here. Don't take the risk.

My favorite cookie location is the one in Kaimuki. That location seems to be the most friendly and always has a smile and helpful. They will tell you if it it now fresh

Cookies are good but they need to really train their workers to properly handle food. I watched one guy handle the cash register and cash/coins, didnt change gloves, and went on to grab my cookies. I asked if he could change his gloves and he argued with me and said he changes the gloves after every customer. If that was the case, why would i ask you to do it!?

Cookie Corner cookies are always good and this shop has what you want in stock. It smells so good it's hard to walk by without stopping. The staff is friendly and keeps the line moving, they are very professional kids and they're working hard. There is one guy who is very attentive and friendly all the time. By the way, people complaining on YELP about customer service should remember these kids are getting paid minimum wage. You may be buying an expensive cookie, but you are certainly not paying enough for brown nosing. You want that you may want to try Neiman Marcus or something.

Sunday little after 2pm, this is Black Friday weekend, so understandable lots of people around. But the clerk there packed and tossed the cookie bag on the counter (toss means here is through on the counter) should be nicer than this. There are lots of people want to work and try to do better/ sharing happiness through work. No Smile, No greeting, no saying thank you.... All of these are normal social skills to communicate with people. He didn't speak at all to your customer and keep talking something else to other workers about them watching?? I don't mind if you folks are having great time that's nice place to step in and purchase something but this boy seems don't want to be there... I'm sorry to write something bad, but we support our local business and we all have lots of memories with this place. Please make sure you have proper training or make them grow.

Really unprofessional location. I walked up to order and a girl working was talking to her coworker dropping F bombs! Im usually not one to care about swearing, but she saw me and continued to talk to her coworker, who approached me instead. Young kids that clearly need management.

I la-la-love Cookie Corner! Any reason to get a fresh, soft cookie -- Why not!? Some cookies are paid for based on weight while others have set prices (Example is that their Smore's cookies are 2.65 each). Tons of awesome gift ideas at a wide range of prices. They have some cold cookie bars and the lemon flavored ones are the best! Little bit sour with a sugar cookie base, really clears your palette after a meal. Stars deducted as the staff are not always professional or customer-focused and I noticed that the staff member who grabbed my cookies for me this past week wore the SAME gloves for all her orders so my cookies were wrapped in a bag that had chocolate chip smears all on the outside. I had to ask them for another bag. It was very messy and wouldve been a disaster had I not noticed that and threw my cookies in my purse. Wish they were more attentive to those types of things.
I was waiting for this Kakimochi Crunch comes back! It is kakimichi salty and chocolate chips sweet. A little chewy and crunchy, hard to explain. You better to taste to know what I am talking about! Oh, and snickerdoodle, too.

The young people "working" here don't look up unless you speak to them and when I asked Harmony a question as to where to stand in line for service she said..."anywhere" and looked back down to continue writing. She did not ask if I wanted to order and just ignored us.. UNBELIEVABLE!! There were stickers on the ground creating a "line".. but according to both females behind the counter at 2pm today, it's not the line to receive service. I asked what the stickers were for and they just stared and shrugged their shoulders. Also, it seems like only one person out of the three people there would actually take your order, while only one will ring you up. The boy just stood there doing nothing. We won't be coming back.

I was a loyal customer at Windward Mall ever since they opened. I even signed up for their email. Finally after years they send a coupon that I could use. 20 cookies for $21. But, when I tried to use it they would not honor it. Said they discontinued it before the end date. So I will no longer be a loyal customer
