I think I’d really love about this place is how quickly they make your treat and they make it correctly. Always a smile and a thank you. And yes, if you’re gonna make me a blizzard, I expect you to hand it to me upside down. There’s seating everywhere so that’s a plus.

My First review: This evening my husband went to windward mall store to order a large strawberry milkshake as we do when we go to the mall. and as always we get a kiddie cup on the side and a flat lid. I will take off the excess and put in the cup for myself, since i don’t eat much at all, i will eat it like ice cream and my husband will cover the large cup to drink the it like a milkshake after i remove the excess for myself. Today when i asked for a lid, the girl put a dome lid, i told her i wanted a flid, she then took off the excess put into the dome lid and said she was going to save the excess for herself; i then told her i was planning on eating that excess. She told me “no” because what was in the cup was the normal amount for a large size😳

I honestly don’t know why a dessert/sweet treat place closes down at 7 P.M. Mon-Thurs and 6 P.M. on Sundays. I imagine they lose a lot of business because there are many times we would want to go after dinner (you know, like a normal person going out for a sweet treat) but they’re closed. The mall doesn’t close at 7 so it doesn’t make sense for DQ to close that early.

Definitely a local favorite. Our family enjoy our DQ treats after an event or shopping. And, we love our Dilly Bar treats ? ❤️ ? A must stop.
Parking: Parking near the Makai (Ocean) side of Target is abundant.
Kid-friendliness: DQ stall is in the Makai Food Court, so there's a lot of seats and space for the family. Restrooms ? are nearby with baby changing tables too. Kids play spaces are in the other two mall wings.

Went there 3 times for Banana Split and was told they Don’t have Bananas even when there was a Flee Market in the Mall with a lot of Bananas LOL!!!???
Grateful forJason and manager Ron at Dairy Queen I was unable to talk Ron into doing a table dance but he was definitely on top of things busy day at the mall but I was able to get my small cone dipped in chocolate with some extra gift cards to regift to the workers cleaning tables I try to always be aware of the people around me that are doing good sometimes they get overlooked anti was so grateful for her gift card I am never leaving Paradise such an amazing place I am honored to call it home for the past 4 years enjoy your time here it is a magical place Aloha

I get blizzards from here quite often. They are always fast and accurate. If you arrive close to opening time, they may not have enough staff to keep up, but that doesn't take away from the rating from this cat.

Ordered thru UberEats, both of our blizzards had very little toppings in the ice cream. Oreo blizzard was mostly vanilla ice cream and strawberry chocolate chip had very little chocolate chips and strawberry swirl. Very disappointed since we ordered them to be delivered. Lost my trust in this location.

DairyQueen's chocolate-covered soft serve ice cream was introduced in Zawatsuku, a shopping mall in Kaneohe.I wonder if Mr. Kazushige eats it every day when he goes to Hawaii?
