Grateful forJason and manager Ron at Dairy Queen I was unable to talk Ron into doing a table dance but he was definitely on top of things busy day at the mall but I was able to get my small cone dipped in chocolate with some extra gift cards to regift to the workers cleaning tables I try to always be aware of the people around me that are doing good sometimes they get overlooked anti was so grateful for her gift card I am never leaving Paradise such an amazing place I am honored to call it home for the past 4 years enjoy your time here it is a magical place Aloha

I get blizzards from here quite often. They are always fast and accurate. If you arrive close to opening time, they may not have enough staff to keep up, but that doesn't take away from the rating from this cat.

Ordered thru UberEats, both of our blizzards had very little toppings in the ice cream. Oreo blizzard was mostly vanilla ice cream and strawberry chocolate chip had very little chocolate chips and strawberry swirl. Very disappointed since we ordered them to be delivered. Lost my trust in this location.

It was rather expensive for a plain small vanilla ice cream cone. The ice cream was about 2 inches above the rim of the cone and cost over $5 each.

This place is fine, but don't expect to always get what you want. I've ordered a few Orange Julius drinks and ice cream that were great. However, I've also been disappointed with them not delivering their menu. One time I ordered a custom ice cream cake online to be picked up here. I never heard back, and when I showed up they just shrugged and said they never got it. No offer to make one or anything. Another time we showed up maybe an hour before closing and they were only serving cones. Presumably, that was easier than staying open until... You know, they're supposed to close. So if you go midday you might be fine, but don't expect them to actually serve their menu during the entire time they're open.

I don’t see any other way to contact so I used contact form on dq website. We’ll see if this gets resolved but I suggest USE CASH!

did not get help from them because of my skin color ! they gave me dirty looks and refused to serve me waited in line for 10 minutes ! and as soon as a white man came in the line they helped him. ridiculous that this happens !

I’ve gone here a few times and it never fails something goes wrong. It isn’t hard to make ice cream; it’s not like they’re cooking my food. I usually order only cherry chocolate chunk blizzard and add cheesecake. They charge for adding cheesecake. First time was amazing which made me want to go back. Although the second visit I was disappointed by the amount of cheesecake was added very sparingly. This past time I had Uber Eats deliver. The ice cream wasn’t cherry, tons of chocolate chunk which I was even debating on removing but kept wish I didn’t, and no cheesecake. I literally ate two bites and threw it away. I spent $20 for a cup of blizzard that wasn’t made correctly. I wrote to head management and turned it around that it was the delivery services issues. Needless to say it has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and I really wanted it to be sweet.
