Went to buy lunch for hungry construction workers and they agreed on lengua burritos. WHAT A JOKE! The size of a Taco Bell burrito and only lettuce and tomato filling. Asked for rice and beans on the side for additional cost unreal should be in the burrito already. It’s a huge tortilla too with barely anything in it. Plus go no utensils or napkins. And paid $100 for 4 burritos, the sides and 4 Mexican cokes. Never going there again. If you want a real burrito go to Taqueria el ranchero that’s worth the price.

Best fajitas on Ohau

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants on Oahu. We drive across the island just to eat there. I like the casual atmosphere and the lack of loud music, so we can have a nice peaceful get together as a family.

4th time we have been here. Other reviews are great- so we kept trying, but we decided we gave this place too many chances….Service is awkwardly bad. Definitely feel unwelcome. Nice ppl but bad service. The food was okay, nothing good, portions were small. Salsa with the chips & salsa tasted off. Taco and burrito on the kids menu is the same thing and over priced for what you get. If portions were bigger the prices would make more sense- but for what you get it’s overpriced forsure.
Overall underwhelmed and disappointed.

I have never bothered doing one of these reviews before, but this restaurant deserves to be recognized. I am latino, and can easily say this is the most authentic hispanic restaurant I've found so far after 2 years on island.

The food is good and consistent. We've never had a bad meal here and always look forward to coming back. Service is fast and friendly with the staff. Always willing to handle any special requests.
