My family comes to this place often and my kids love the train! Food is well priced and quick to come out. Never any complaints

They are short staffed and even if they didnt advertise it (they have signs up to let customers know), you would know. It was difficult to get anyone's attention for minor things like drink refills or paying the tab.

Totally not your normal sushi restaurant, it’s an amazing experience. Robot assistants to bring your drinks, conveyor belt trains to bring your food orders. So many great menu options, anything with the eel sauce is sweet and delicious. The tempura and fried rolls were delivered hot, perfect portions and artistically arranged on the plates. We LOVE coming here and will always come back!

Food was great service, service was great, kitchen took forever to get the food out. Me and 2 others sat at the counter. We were each waiting on one more item. Never got the item we ordered so almost 20 min later we decided to close our tabs and leave.

Ordered sushi platter thanksgiving time to pickup at 3pm. Ordered two days early. Arrived to pickup 15 minutes early and was told, not ready. So returned at 3pm
New years time ordered sushi platter two days ahead for 3pm pickup. Got there at 3pm. Not Ready. Making up order at 3pm. Had to wait 20 minutes for order.
Employees acted dumbfounded. Even the manager Laurie was uncaring. No sincere apology, “so sorry two times” with flat affect

Made a pilgrimage to Genki having last been 3 years ago when we lived on island. Waited and hour to be seated and couldn’t even stay to eat. Horribly managed now. First none of the Shinkansens were running and half the whole restaurant was closed. So slow, and they couldn’t even manage turnover that we spent most of our precious vacation time just waiting and having to leave since we had an appointment on the leeward side. Will never return sadly. Too bad because this used to be a weekly visit for us.
Not the Genki I remember, but still delicious food. Years so Genki was known for its sushi conveyor belts, unfortunately that is gone now.
The service and experience were odd; without prior knowledge of this restaurant it was confusing to figure out ordering, dishes, and payment at the end.
This is by no means a poor experience, just a slightly confusing one.
I still believe the quality of food was great for the price!
Vegetarian options: Many non-meat options; past that, some non-fish options as well.
Dietary restrictions: The entire menu is 'order as you go', just be aware that the menu does not contain descriptions of the dishes.

They seriously need to hire more people or close doors. They turn there phone off when it’s busy. Ridiculous food service. Constantly to “busy” for them to handle. And if you wanna dine in HA cause it’s gonna be a 1 hour wait. Only like 6 tables open at a time. Rest of the restaurant they keep empty.
