We had a party of four chose the all you can eat lunch! This was our first visit and the food was great and service was fantastic!!! It's fun to grill your own food and make for a good ambiance. Definitely worth the money! We will be back soon. Give them a try!

We always come to this location but unfortunately will never come back. My son was eating the ramen and spit out what looks to be a 1/2 inch piece of steel wool scrubber. My son is 8 and was able to feel it in his mouth, but someone younger may have not noticed. This incident was brought up to the manager at the time and hopefully things get corrected.

Love Gyu-Kaku and have been to quite a few locations in CA and WA. On Oahu we've only been to this location because of the convenient parking. Service has always been great here too! The meat selections are the same as any other location and they do AYCE as well. It's a good deal if you plan to eat a lot of meat. With Japanese bbq, the meats are marinated and can be salty so you just have to expect that. They did run out of graham crackers for the s'mores which was sad but everything else we got was available.

Avg. The filet mignon wasny really filet mignon and the cheese corn tasted like Velveeta cheese. The kalibi was decent and the wontons were good. The Japanese karage was also good. So overall an avg

The portions are very small for what you're paying for. My youngest son commented, "We're going to have to ration this meat." I've never seen kalbi sliced so thin either. I could almost see through it! We won't be coming back here again that's for sure! We were still hungry after we left but thankfully the Leonard's malasada truck was still open.

Food tasted good, but got a Yuzu Avocado salad and they missed two ingredients. Didn't get cucumber or wonton croutons. They didn't say anything until I asked about it, then just said they don't have it. Not much of a salad, pretty plain without it. Didn't feel like we got very good customer service. This disappointed me.

The Server I had was really awesome. Enjoyed it very much. She made it so pleasant. The only thing was. I forgot my Seattle hat there, which they said they couldn't find.
I ate here a couple months back with friends visiting from big island. Finally getting around to my review. Our server was awesome. I think his name was Gavin. He was on it and we were a big bunch of hungry hippos. The food seemed literally limitless. Gyozas were divine. Ordering was easy and the choices from the menu were delicious. You can pick your level and then it's like all-you-can-eat from that price point. Amazing all around and we will definitely return. The value and quality were great and if you're like me and want to be in a food coma and carried out in a stretcher after you eat; come here.
