What happened to their lemonade??? I've noticed that the flavor has consistently gone down hill over the past few years.I remember when their lemonade had a delicious tart flavor, that was unique to this brand.Went there over the weekend and the lemonade tasted like severely watered down, lemon water.Disgusting!!!!Not sure what happened to this place, but the pearl-ridge location is just as bad. Serving watered down drinks, with just a hint of lemon flavor.So sad...

Will NEVER, EVER buy from this establishment again. Placed an order in advance, to be delivered during my 5-year-old's birthday party. Even went into the store in person, spoke to a manager, to make sure they could fulfill the order, and everything would be okay. Was assured it would.Then received notification during the party, at the time the order was supposed to be delivered, that Hot Dog on a Stick canceled the order, with no explanation whatsoever. Almost ruined my son's party. Had to order pizza at the last minute, disappointing a bunch of young kids who were excited for corn dogs.The phone has been down, so there's no way to call to discuss with the business. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible customer service. Wish there was an option for zero stars.

Came on a thursday 5/27/23, 2 miserable hot dogs on one stick both girls had the worst customer service and both of um were eyeing me out LOL. Really wanted to snap but i let it go cause i figured i would be mad too if i had to wear that hat, plus got way more too loose than these little girls. All in all, train these two girls cause they suck and one day they going do that to the wrong customer who has no self control and they going catch cracks lol auwee das why hard!

I love it here, I have been coming periodically for about a year now and have consistently had great experiences, so wanted to express my appreciation... Sometimes I really crave deep fried food... and their deep fried zucchini sticks platter really satisfies that craving. They give big sticks of zucchini, ranch sauce, and a lemon slice or two. Let me tell you, the fried zucchini is truly one of my favorite indulgent foods.It can get very busy and the line can be long, but this has never affected the quality of customer service or food I've bought. I understand that the employees are working as fast as they can and I honestly really appreciate them for doing what they do. One time I got a plate where the batter was a little darker brown than usual, but I don't really mind that, it was far from inedible. It's worth the drive from Honolulu; I love coming here for my deep fried food cravings!

The place is overpriced hotdogs with service that is not friendly. Well they had one she was pretty good that took my order the rest just don't want to be there attitude.

The kids had the hot dog on a stick. No complaints about the hot dog. I had the zucchini and fish combo plate. Zucchini was good but the fish was like eating French fried batter with a hard thin dried up piece of fish. This has to be the worst meal I've had from the food court. I won't be a customer of this establishment again.
So disappointed. Fish & Zucchini combo. Dirty. Black oil. Soggy with oil. It use to be good Also ordered Lemonade, it was so watered down. Cashier said its probably the ice, daaa! I remember it use to be real Lemonade taste, now just watered down syrup.

Carl- what a gem of a guy! Did a mobile order on the HDOAS app and got updated quickly after I placed the order, that they have the zucchini & fish fryer turned off around 7:00PM. He called me and let me know what happened & quickly offered substitution & a comp coupon for the zucchini & fish plate (or any single item besides the sampler platter) next visit to remedy the situation. He substituted with stick items, added an ext extra drink and upgraded the size of the drinks too at no charge! Loved this level of effort for customer satisfaction and quite frankly- best I've ever received from a fast casual restaurant! Tip: Don't try to order fish & zucchini past 7:00PM or 1-2hrs before they close the shop y'all.

Went there at 7pm and ordered funnel sticks, only to be told that their fryer is off and they're only selling lemonade and hot dogs or cheese sticks. On top of that the two girls working had absolutely no customer service at all.
