I'm from Maryland and my husband is from Kensington Jamaica. We drove 30 minutes to get some delicious Caribbean food. Unfortunately after purchasing and taking our food back to the hotel with our friends. We was extremely unhappy with the favor and the chicken was muchy,disgusting and distasteful. After eating some of the chicken rice and peas plus cabbage. I felt sick and had liquid diarrhea. The lady apparently didn't know what she was doing. There's no way she knows how to cook, most true Jamaicans would never fed you such food. Never again I will visit this place again. Stay away.

Delicious patty. Jerk Chicken was perfect (it’s not the extra spicy kind). New favorite spot. Nice to have some more variety in Kaneohe. MUST TRY!!!
Thanks to Shawn and Guster (IYKYK) for always ranting and raving about jerk chicken! Finally stopped by Island Patty over on the windward side and OMG it is delicious! Got the jerk chicken, and jerk pork plate, along with a beef & cheese patty. Every single bite was a medley of spices cooked perfectly! SO good!! Highly highly recommended!!

Jerk chicken plate big portion, one plate enough to feed 2 people. I was expecting lots if flavors but it's a little bland. Just smoked and peppery if that's what you like. The rice and beans are okay, jerk chicken is moist not dry. The vinergrete coleslaw was bland but i do like coleslaw wanted to try the other style coleslaw. Maybe next time I'll try the ox tail and beef patties mahalo

I drove all the way from Wahiawa to find the place closed on a day that’s advertised as open. It’s currently 11:54 AM on a Tuesday.
This rating is strictly based on service, since I wasn’t privy to try the food.

I got the oxtail plate with rice & peas, cabbage & a beef patty. The best thing on the plate was the cabbage and that was only a 5/10. The oxtails had more fats on them than meat, they were very greasy and had no spice or flavor to them at all. Overall plate rating 3/10..The Beef patty tasted old like it was from yesterday. Good Jamaican food on island I suggest Jrs Jamaican Jerk..

An AUTHENTIC dinner! The portion received was worth MORE than what they charged! The staff was kind and accommodated a dietary request which was so appreciated. The food was well seasoned and the rice was nice and SHELLY! A must visit spot if you're looking for delicious Jamaican cuisine!
