Placed an online order, showed up to pick it up where the employees just gave a confused look. After waiting 10 minutes and asking what was going on. They didn’t realize they were receiving online orders so I winded up waiting 40 minutes in store with another customer who was also waiting for their food. After I finally got my food, it was cold due the food actually being made and the employees not acknowledging the complete order.

Do not order for carryout or dine in, they don't offer that. This Jack in the box is only drive-thru. I've been probably 15 times and more often than not. They forget something in your order.

Had a mobile order and checked it and I was missing items from my mobile order. Went through the drive through and waited almost an hour. The cashier told me to go back in line to wait in line for them to fix my order. I just left because it's wasn't worth it

12/21 : I have showed up at 12:30 mobile ordered because they said they only are taking mobile orders. I pulled to the front like they asked me to I have been waiting for an hour and a half for a burger and fires. I had to wait back in the drive through line to talk to the girl at the front. It is not 2 am. What is goi if on. Why are you open 24/7 if you aren’t going to give food we already paid for.

I go here maybe once a month and they almost always forget something. Sometimes it's small, like a sauce. Other times bigger items like two tacos or an entire bacon cheeseburger.

Went to store #8211 on 10/30/24 Placed drive through order #199. Received the food. ordered item #3. After parking in the lot started to eat the burger and noticed a strange taste and odor. I found the bacon was the issue. It was rancid / rotten. In less than 10 minutes I got nauseous and needed to vomit. I ran to the stores front door to use the bathroom and it was locked with a sign saying only drive through service was available. I was forced to vomit next to my truck in the parking lot in the open. I had to go home from work I still feel like crap. Never again.

The food at Jack in the Box always hits. Although customer service needs a little more improvement.
Stopped here after a nice drive. Girl at the counter couldn’t get her register to work. Said to leave and go through the drive through. Apparently she couldn’t ring us up on the drive thru register and serve us inside.
The bathrooms were “out of order”. This island is very protective of its toilets—don’t venture out if you’re a human with bodily functions. No potty breaks allowed anywhere.
