Wanted to eat inside in air conditioning. Had to yell at them to get counter service. Never looked at me once while taking orders. Just sat it on the counter when it was ready. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. No napkins, or anyone to ask for them.
The fries were decent and the coke was okay.
Won’t be going back.

No complaints about the food. Taste rarely disappoints. Prices, like all over, just going up and up. Cannot help. The 1 star is for the rude drive thru worker. Her initials are NG. I really want to give her name, but at the same time, don’t want to be a bully. This girl has no business being in the customer service field. She’s very rude and very sassy. If I wouldn’t get filmed or arrested, I would’ve jumped out of my car and made a scene. LOL. Hope timing works out better in the future and she’s not working when we go there.

Went to order and everyone was paying attention to the drive thru. The kiosk you're supposed to order from didnt even work and I know someone did see us there. Not even a greeting. We walked back out about 10 minutes later.

Placed an online order, showed up to pick it up where the employees just gave a confused look. After waiting 10 minutes and asking what was going on. They didn’t realize they were receiving online orders so I winded up waiting 40 minutes in store with another customer who was also waiting for their food. After I finally got my food, it was cold due the food actually being made and the employees not acknowledging the complete order.

Do not order for carryout or dine in, they don't offer that. This Jack in the box is only drive-thru. I've been probably 15 times and more often than not. They forget something in your order.

Had a mobile order and checked it and I was missing items from my mobile order. Went through the drive through and waited almost an hour. The cashier told me to go back in line to wait in line for them to fix my order. I just left because it's wasn't worth it

12/21 : I have showed up at 12:30 mobile ordered because they said they only are taking mobile orders. I pulled to the front like they asked me to I have been waiting for an hour and a half for a burger and fires. I had to wait back in the drive through line to talk to the girl at the front. It is not 2 am. What is goi if on. Why are you open 24/7 if you aren’t going to give food we already paid for.
