We have been trying to order thru app for 40 mins to get special & KEPT getting booted off... & now I see they've closed & it's 20 til 8.... hello, do they not hire people who want to do their job?? I am certain they need Management replacement! This is not the 1st or 5th time they have closed early.... once 18 mins early! Just because THEY are frustrated w/ the promo on Tuesdays- doesn't mean another Manager of THAT store couldn't get workers that WANT a job! if the job is too hard-- move on!!! They are finally getting the customers back.... & ppl wonder why McDonalds makes all the $$ up there??!! Gee, I wonder why... they empty a 10-12 car line in 8-10 mins & have specials all the time & tons inside the store! It took 2 mins to get 2nd pic bc bf called pissed bc had been trying for 40 mins on app!

I did a mobile order but went inside to pick up...the lobby was locked and they had to open up to let custers out and others in. I waited over 20 minutes after promised food time. They continued to lock us customers inside the restaurant without explanation-we later found out they had a large order and couldn't accommodate and additional orders-it would have been nice to know why we were locked inside. I had to ask at the counter to be let out. Won't go back anytime soon.

I unfortunately for me I had a very bad experience at this KFC drive thru, I attempted to order 2 center breast , the women said she had a center breast and a side breast, I asked if they were small and asked how long were they out. She said she would check. She came back and said they had been out about 20 mins and explained she had only small center breast and the other a slightly larger side breast. I said I I’ll wait for a new batch of center breast., And I could see she was visually annoyed and for some unknown reason could not understand my request. After a few conversations back and forth with the cook, he pleasantly enough understood immediately and rang me up. I asked when will my order be ready. He said 30-40 mins. I returned at 5 pm. The women boxed the chicken and I thanked both of them. She didn’t acknowledge. I checked the chicken before I left and noticed there were 2pieces, in the box and they looked overly fried. After I got home and examined the chicken and the crust, tasted burnt and the chicken had been twice fried. I assumed it was the same two pieces they wanted to give me earlier. I attempted to call them back but the called failed twice when ai tried to speak to a supervisor. I took pictures as I will follow up, I worked for an International airline and I know how important customer service .

Food was not as I remember. Chicken and biscuit was small. Chicken was salty. Corn didn't have butter.

Ordered online and while picking up my order found out it was given to someone else on accident. Had to wait just about an hour for them to remake my order.
Me and my husband were excited to get some KFC after a very long hard day. Did a take out and the aunty was so rude and very unprofessional with her service towards us. The food was very pricey and was not worth the money. New Zealand KFCs worth more. Hope they chose better employees and workers. It ended up f’ing our day.

Well..I don't know how the atmosphere is inside. But outside it's sad. We ordered online and the order was ready in 15 minutes. BUT..when we pulled up to get our order it was going to be 13 more minutes because they ran out of regular chicken. No big deal. I asked my Grandson to go in and get our food.and everything looked OK, he said. When we got home the Gravy for the mashed potatoes had melted the container and Gravy was every where. I called, and., called and called , and called and called and called..no one will answer the phone..
I haven't tried the chicken or Cole slaw yet...

Worst KFC location ever. Biscuits were hard. Corn had no flavor. Mac n cheese was old and dry. Chicken order was wrong. Spent $60 on a complete disappointment.

Has nothing to do with the employees. The lady working the window was very nice and clearly overwhelmed. Not enough employees working here to provide adequate service. Food suffers as well as its not cooked as good as it could be. Its a shame so many homeless people are walking around who are capable of work, but would rather remain homeless then working at a fast food place.

Waited in line for 30 minutes and there was only one car in front of me the entire time. I thought maybe a big order, but it was just one bag.

With how slow it was, customer service was okay. But the restaurant is practically empty and not that many employees.I still enjoy a good KFC. So. If you not in a rush and have down time this is a good place to just take your time and have something to eat.
