They let you know they take out 18% tip at time of seating. No joke service sucks almost no service at all. Minus we’ll go to the back and grab your food then your own apron and gloves. Order to go they’ll just irritate you the entire time.

Service was great. We were the only ones in there. Took advantage of their happy hour offers. I love shrimp so that's what I ordered and enjoyed it. I wish they gave lemons or that the sauce had more garlic but it was still delicious!!!

Went to the mall and wanted to try somewhere else but they were unavailable so we went here. The service was great. Food came in a good amount of time and they kept checking on us. The food was great as well. I just ordered the snow crab because sometimes that's all I want. Parking is easy because it is fronting the parking lot. Located near Buffalo wild wings. Wasn't too busy. It was a weekday so not too busy but it is clean and spacious in there. I would go again if in the area and craving for some seafood!!

A friend and I met up at Kickin' Kajun this past Saturday night. This was our second visit here. Our initial visit back in May was extremely positive hence our return(I think our server back in May was named Rick and he was excellent!). However, this time our service was very lackluster. I rarely saw our waiter and kept having to ask other servers for assistance. What really bothered me was my credit card being authorized for a little over $200 when my meal was less than $90. When I questioned Hoon about this he brushed it off with no real explanation. This did not occur during my visit back in May so I was confused by this. Additionally, my friend needed his phone charged and Hoon said he would be able to put it on a charger, but alas he did not. The food was great again, but the service has me questioning whether or not I will return again.

Very disappointed with how everything went tonight. I normally don't even yelp but I felt I needed to let others know how our experience went. From the beginning the server already had some sort of attitude. We had questions about recommendations she barely even explained anything to us. So We ordered the 6 pounder to split between 5 people including myself. This was our first time ever going to get seafood boil from a restaurant. Our food took at least 1 hour to come out. She said our sauce for it comes with it but nope she charged us $16 for 3 mild sauce and 1 spicy. And $8 for two regular butters. And it costed $177 plus tax for our meal that comes out plain so plain that the most flavorful part of the meal was the corn on the cob. We were all so disappointed in how the night went. We Definitely are never going to be back.
Its a first to try this place out, We had the combo and the Hawaiian Roll. The food was really good. A big mahalo to our waitress Solana who was very helpful and made it easier to order from the menu. Solana made us feel very much at home.

Only 2 sweet server girls managing a lot of customers. The food took very long to come out. Ordered dessert and that took long as well. The other locations do not take that long. I definitely won't come here if I'm on a time crunch.

Been here twice, (once pick up, once dine-in) . Dine in- great service, super friendly and helpful for recommendations. Fried calimari was hella ono. The fried baskets were great options Music wasn't too loud and the tables were cleaned pretty quick. Take out: packaging was helpful and baskets were hella filling, maybe a little too many fries but that was the only "problem"

We ordered a crab to go. Waitress was very friendly while we wait for our order. The crab was fresh and tasty as usual. The restaurant was 1/2 full for Sunday lunch. The waitresses were attentive to all the diners while we were there.
