The interior has been redectorated but the chef remains. The Massaman Curry had a taste that I never got tired of. My wife enjoyed the Green Curry. There was even enough to take home!Parking: During the weekend the parking is plentiful!

In search of a swift lunchtime reprieve, I ventured forth and opted for a green papaya salad paired with garlic chicken. While the salad showcased promise with its lively flavors, regrettably, the garlic chicken failed to meet even modest expectations. Its bland and uninspired taste left me wondering where the chef learned how to cook this dish. It's my hope that the cook might benefit from a remedial schooling to rekindle the flames of culinary excellence.

It's a small family owned business, born and raised local. I have eaten at Heart of Thai in Kaneohe a few times, trying different items each time and I think they have great food. This time around I ordered the drunken noodles and it was by far the best dish I've had a long with the spring rolls. The noodles are more like ramen for this dish and there were bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Hands down so good. You can choose your spice level and mild is good for adding a bit of flavor but medium is were it's at!
