Extremely good food, but extremely rude manager. We ordered potatoes, but they brought out rice. They then tried to up-charge us for the fried rice that we did not order. It took over 15 minutes to get anyone’s attention to deal with the problem. When they did come, the manager refused to do anything at first. The manager was incredibly rude with a bad attitude and not willing to be accommodating in any way without a fight. Worst treatment I’ve received in a restaurant in many years. My wife’s family has been coming here for a long time, but we will not be coming here anymore. Really bad management.

We love Kaneohe Pancake House! I have been coming here since the early 1990s with my Dad and since 2018 I bring my kids here when we come out to visit family. We visit multiple mornings on our week long trips because it is just THAT good! My kids love the chocolate chip pancakes and each devour a 3 count stack. I have always gotten the blueberry crepes and they are the best I have found! The food is always the same- delicious! The coffee is soo good and we always get friendly service. Go early for parking and no wait!

Food was good. Make sure you ask how much upcharge is though for adding to pancakes.. I was charged $7 for adding macnuts to mine..

Recommend if you need a quick and local breakfast! Pancakes are huge! The Portuguese sausage was delicious. Average is about $20 a person but the food quality was great and felt homey.
