This is a loved pancake house where local people go for daily meal. Their service is really good, and the volume is definitely for “local people”! Parking is just in front of the restaurant, limited, but if it is full, you can find some spots on the street. Menu is covering quite good variety, and reasonable price. This place is my safe house, because I always satisfied wherever I go!

The food was good, maybe a little overpriced. Waitress was rude and seemed agitated if we asked questions about the food. Also ordered home fries but got toast instead...

I went at 7a (they open at 6:30a) on a Monday and found the restaurant to be absolutely radiant (and populated by two-three other parties). They have the morning sun coming through their giant windows and it gives everything inside a nice golden glow.I was promptly greeted by two welcoming women who led me to a booth. The wait staff explained the specials to me and even gave guidance on what to choose. My party ordered the 1) early bird special with an added corned beef, seared to crispy perfection and 2) the daily special of loco moco with short rib lau lau.The loco moco was doused in a savory stew gravy that complemented every bite. The short rib lau lau was wrapped in a soft, herby taro leaf that left me eating bite after bite.I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that's about to have a long day ahead for the delicious food and warm environment.Parking lot is small, so might have to park on the street.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly, big booths meant for parties of 4-6

I got delivery so I can't comment on service or atmosphere. However, I can say that the dish was done the way I do when at home. Fried Rice & Eggs sunny side up, on TOP da rice! Very generous portion was also a pleasant surprise, especially in these inflated times.

Went to breakfast at the Kaneohe Pancake House Tuesday, 27 FEB for breakfast at 9:30. This isn't our first time going there for breakfast, and like all other trips, parking is terrible. For those in the know, closest parking available was at the little parking lot that has Pan's Kitchen and Nanco Fishing Supply. I'll review Nanco's later. My party consisted of 3 adults, and were directed to seating right away. However, the restaurant was pretty full and remained full throughout our breakfast. Collectively, we had strawberry waffles with 2 eggs, ham with eggs and potatoes and I had the western omelet with an upgrade of fried rice instead of white rice. Our order came out fast and the strawberry waffles seemed like an overload of strawberries and whipped cream but fiance demolished it like a champ. The fried rice and omelet was a huge serving, but not insurmountable. For fried rice, it was pretty straight forward if not a little bland but a little soy sauce salvaged it. The omelet itself was a pretty large affair needing 3 eggs to contain it. What I enjoy about their omelets is the veggies are sauteed before being enveloped by the egg mixture.Ambiance wise the interior is very dated but tables clean, however it was pretty noisy. All in all a good meal that lasted all of us through dinner time due to the large serving sizes. Not our first nor will it be out last time eating here.

Always good. It's the local version of the mainland IHOP or Dennys. Go there all the time when I want. Good breakfast!
