Yummy and big breakfast. We got a churro waffle which both my husband and I said tasted like Disneyland and an eggs and bacon plate with home fries. Everything was very tasty and service was quick and efficient. This will be a place we return to again and again when we come to Kailua.

As there is no longer a Dennys on the windward side, this is our go to. The pancakes are always light and fluffy. The service is great and friendly in a greasy spoon kind of way. Getting called "Hon" is a honor. I like their lunch plates as much as their breakfast. Get the omelette of the day.

This is a Kaneohe gem. Don't let the nightmare parking lot scare you off, like many places in Hawaii there is far from enough parking. We tend to get take out since Covid but I'm happy to see in restaurant dining is in the rise there again. They do well will all classics like pancakes, waffles and loco mocos. Sometimes omelets are overcooked but the fillings are always tasty and generous. Staff are very friendly too.

It's been a while since I've been here and I changed my diet since then. So, today was a little adventure trying to figure out which item to order. My usual is just to ask for recommendations or look up their signature dishes and that's what helped me decide this morning. I tried the churro waffle which was 5star!!!! Everything was delicious and tasted just like a churro. I also got the crab cake Benedict. This was delicious but I think next time I'll try their crab cake omelette. Hot chocolate was enjoyed by my kids and our whole party devoured their food from what I saw. We came here after an early morning hike nearby and were super grateful they were open so early.

Food was yummy, coffee was good. Service was fast and kind. The pecan pancakes were so good, the short stack came with whipped butter and powdered sugar. The loco moco was also great, we got it with fried rice. The prices were also very reasonable.

It's been a minute since I've eaten here. We ordered take the other day. I ordered a sweet bread French toast and was so disappointed. I can understand at home we use the ends of a bread loaf but at a restaurant is a big negative! One of my three thin sliced and practically stale bread was an END piece. Also, I paid almost $13 for a small bowl of Kim chee fried rice.

4 of us arrived at 8:30 am on Saturday and was seated immediately. Our waitress, Malia, was friendly and professional! The food came out in less than 10 mins, fresh and steaming hot! The food was ono! The place is brighter and more inviting! Good coffee, not weak. The banana crepe was delicious and the Vinha D'alhos and eggs was winnahs! I love getting this every time I'm there!

It was a very nice local place and the food came quick. We had the Banana waffles with a side of whipped cream and bacon and it was good, they had the banana's inside the waffle, good flavor. My husband had crab cake Benedict's with fried rice, everything was good and flavorful. If you want an inexpensive breakfast for a local spot this is the place. Thank you Kaneohe Pancake House!Eggs Benedict

Nordstrom policy says one happy customer may bring 10 new customers, but one dissatisfied customer can stop 100 customers from visiting your business. I would give it a "0" star but that's not available. We specifically wanted to support a mom 'n' pop business and that's why we chose this place. Do you guys think that the employees at a restaurant SHOULD know at least what are the main ingredients in a dish, ie, does it have beef, or shellfish, pork, nuts, or if it's gluten free? I do, but Susan, the manager/our server doesn't believe so. Despite the edible waffles and less than mediocre coffee and the Loco Moco that could've been great, the service and the lack of care for visitors to their island and specifically those who would rather spend their hard earned money on these small businesses instead of chain businesses, and the enormous ego of this manager prompted me to let you know BUYER BEWARE! When we entered the restaurant on father's day, we asked the cashier/hostess/server if the Loco Moco had pork in it and she said no. Religiously, pork is prohibited for eating. When we ordered the Loco Moco from Susan, the manager/server, we ordered it with fried rice, which on the menu didn't mention that it had ham in it. My husband ate almost half of it and gave me the other half as we were sharing our plates. I took one bite and noticed something pinkish in the rice, so we asked our server if it was pork and she said yes. We told her that the hostess told us that there's no pork in the Loco Moco and she knew we didn't want to eat pork. The manager insisted that since we didn't tell her, it is our fault. We told her that the hostess didn't warn us about the fried rice, knowing that it is an option for the Loco Moco, but she still didn't care and didn't take responsibility for her employee's mistake! So instead of bringing us a new dish, she took our half eaten beef patty and egg and put it on a mound of plain rice with new gravy! I told her that we really shouldn't be charged for that dish but she didn't agree. She thought that if she just deducted the price of the fried rice, then that would be good enough! How cheap of a business can it be to not overlook $11.95?? I asked her if it's worth it to her to have a bad review for less than $12, and she said yes! How arrogant! The fact that this manager, Susan, doesn't manage her crew to know what the main ingredients in their dishes are, and that she doesn't care about the customers experience, and that instead of giving us a new dish and not charging us for it (as any business loving and knowledgeable manager and owner would do), and insisting that we'd have to pay regardless of the bad reviews we'd leave on Yelp and other sites, goes to show that Susan is a horrible manager and the owner should demote her!

Having visited Hawaii several times, I have come to love their breakfasts. We purposely looked for a independent breakfast place to visit on the one day we rented a car. Although not busy, we were functionally greeted and seated. My grandsons steak was way too rare (we had ordered medium rare) and the staff would not recook it to make it edible. Even with this we basically enjoyed the breakfast as far as quality goes. The service remained to be less than desired. Upon leaving we asked for a toothpick. We were advised they do not have toothpicks. What kind of place that serves any food, much less meat, does not have toothpicks??? Really. There are other local places to visit.

The fried rice and classic breakfast was really good! The fried rice is not your typical. This is a cozy little restaurant. The service was great; friendly and they kept the coffee hot. Comfortable interior. The eggs were seasoned well and the sausage was super good. Will definitely come back!

Was looking for a local place to eat breakfast while traveling through Kaneohe on my way to a nearby excursion. Staff were friendly, service was great, price was reasonable (for Hawaii). Had many local dishes (which is why I wanted to stop). Parking was a little busy (for a Monday morning), but worth the stop.
