Chicken was overcooked, rubbery, and you could smell the rancid oil. The rice was also disgusting and had an odd, almost plastic, taste to it. I threw the whole thing away. The dining room did not look very clean either.

Food is usually good, but the garlic chicken was horrible. Was grilled so I thought it would be good. Tasted like they used a jar of garlic. Service was good though

Gave me the wrong order and after driving home she wanted me to not eat it, bring it back in order to get the correct food. I told her it's to late to drive back and that my daughter is starving, she cannot do anything... NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER

Absolutely awful food. Got their combo "special" for the evening, lemon chicken and ahi.Chicken was thinnest slices possible and half of it was chicken skin!The ahi was so hard and dry it chokes you on the way down.The rice was so bad even, it doesn't taste or feel like rice

Horrible, I been coming here for 13 years and the food quality has gotten worse. The rice been tasting dirty like they dont wash it throughly and the rice even taste like some plastic. I ordered a mini beef stew and the was only a few small piece of beef and the rest is all fat. The potatoes were hard I had to throw it away. The lady is also very rude all the time

Friendly and fast service. Food Portions is huge and delicious. Prices are reasonable. New York Steak Plate is very soft,juicy and melts in your mouth. Teriyaki cheese Burger,French Fries and drink combo is Da bomb .
Worst L&L on the island! My worst experience at an L&L ever!!!When my partner and I entered and approached the counter, I said hello. Cashier ignored us busy on her phone. They are missing or out of stock of many major menu items other locations have. The place is filthy in the dining room as well as what you can see behind the counter. So I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I ordered the garlic chicken, which I’ve ordered for years in Kailua or Waimanalo, has always been a crispy fried chicken similar to a Korean style chicken with a buttery garlic sauce. I received a pile of boiled chicken mostly cartilage, with minced garlic sprinkled on it. Rice tastes really old and the Mac salad is missing ingredients.

BBQ spare ribs tasted like soap or some sort of chemical - no meat or BBQ taste at all. My fiances shrimp were pretty dirty. Fast service but pretty bad food. Go to the korean restaurant in the same shopping center if you want BBQ.
