Every time we wanted to get Macaroons at this Windward Mall location, we always see a "we'll be back sign"....it seams like nobody is ever there....it's say online it's closed on Mondays but have a sign honoring Military Mondays (and lights are on)...and they never answer the phone...would give this place no stars but have to put one so I can post this review

Love the palmiers and Lilikoi lavish; however m, customer service at this location sucks! Very young staff and both take breaks together and will not service you even if open. I've experienced this several times. Will never visit this location again.

If you're looking for something sweet and love to eat a variety of macaron flavors, this is the place. Once in a while I'll crave a sweet macaron. I just love how the shell/cookie part is crispy but soft and chewy at the same time. And the fillings are on point with the flavors. You want a cheesecake flavor, that's what it'll taste like! My personal faves are the strawberry & blueberry cheesecake flavors. But my niece always needs to get fruity pebbles and red velvet. If you come early enough, their display case will be filled with other pastries. Another thing to try if you haven't done so yet, is their Kouign Amann's. It's like a cross over of a croissant and sticky bun. Between each flaky layer is sugar, which creates pockets of goodness. Light, yet dense at the same time. It's absolutely divine. Currently, this location is only accepting credit card payments. So don't be bringing any cash. Heheh.

Tried their waegu melt and Iced Coffee today. Waegu melt had jalapeños in it but spice level was very mild. Coffee is very good! Taste like Vietnamese coffee, strong, bitter, and just enough sweetness to it. Their macarons are soft and just the way i like it. Def recommend!

When I first visited there the macarons were good and the service was ok. I went there again to order some macarons, there was a sign that said “Be back in 10 minutes” It wasn’t ten minutes more like 2 hours. I went there at 3 or 4 pm too. And it says they close at 6 pm. There were two teenagers that worked there. They probably get to bring home the food people never bought. So irresponsible to leave the shop unattended and terrible service. At least put a closed sign if you are closed.

I've tried Macarons for the first time last month and wow I was impressed! The chocolate one was way too dense, but the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Fruity Pebble Macarons were amazing! Since my first time ordering, I've ordered 3 more times and only once, the Macarons were not up to par. The Macarons came in a beautiful box and were frozen, but with a little wait time, they were back to their delicious selves.

1st time trying here yesterday and 1st time trying macarons & WOW! Delicious! Tried the birthday cake & also the strawberry cheescake Yum! Also we got the butter mochi pastry was good too! Minus 2 stars for customer service. Server Macky (on receipt) didnt greet us with a hello but instead what do u want and in a stern grouchy tone. Also instead of pls dont forget your water my mom got a pick up your water. He needs better customer service skills. & sad to see such bad service for such Bomb Desserts.

Got here around 5:50PM. Girl behind the counter said they were closed which was fine. I was checking out the Macarons because I thought I might come back to buy some the following day but I guess not. Not sure what her name was but seeing as how she was the only worker there at the time it'd be easy to find out who she was. She was stacking Macarons into the chill case and she was putting them up with just her hands. No gloves, nothing. I watched her do it a few more times and I finally asked her, "Are these for sale or just for display?" She then replied, "Oh it's for sale". So I asked her, "So, you're putting them up without gloves on?" She said, (I sh&t you not.) "I washed my hands and the gloves we have don't fit my hands good." Now, I'm all for proper glove size as I work in food service as well, but seeing as how we are still in a pandemic....that just baffles me. I think you need to retrain your workers on the proper etiquette on working with food because that was disgusting and a terrible excuse. Who knows what else she was touching behind the counter.

Don't patronize this business! First my online order that was confirmed for pick up was not ready when I arrived. I had to call the guy working in the back for service. Thinking it was ready to go, he had to print the order from the register and fill it. I arrived 5 minutes after pick up time. When I asked if everything was there he said "yes"! So I stopped to look at the order and realized 2 additional orders were missing! I had to go back to show him what was missing. No apologies! Then I asked him if he can stamp my Kouign Amann card and he said it was for only "Premium Kouign"....I have 6 stamps prior from the original/plain Kouign. Inconsistent policies and the especially with his error you would think stamping it wasn't a big deal. Spent close to $40. I also emailed LaTour for a manager to call me regarding this situation but no one has called! I gather service and customer satisfaction is not important!

Updated review: 4 stars for the food only. And by that I mean the macarons only. You get what ever you get when it comes the cashier.

Come here for the playground for our 2 year old. And it's not as crowded as the other malls. Starbucks is closed due to covid-19, playground we had all to ourselves, I'm assuming because of the situation. There are hand sanitizers around.

Great mall with all the shops you need! I like it because I live in Kailua and am less likely to get lost inside this indoor mall. Definitely recommend if your prefer a more traditional mall type of place to go to. Ross has some great deals.

Love that we have a pretty decent Mall on the Windward Side in Kane'ohe! Ample parking and all kinds of stores including Ross and Macy's. Every Wednesday and Sunday there's the impressive Farmers Market. Though out the week, the Mall has many events and activities! You'll find lots of people from all ages exercising by walking this three winged two story building. ‍

Classic mall with same stores expected in all malls but the main positive feature is: its on the Windward side of the island so you don't have to drive to Honolulu to shop for everyday clothes and home goods. Stores from Macys to Victoria's Secret. Small but ok food court.

Best mall on the island! Not too big and not too small. Great variety of stores. Just wish they had a Sephora! Overall, it's always clean, a ton of food options! There's also always security walking around.
