Poor customer service! The employee he looked like a Filipino boy and he had eye glasses was giving me attitude when I asked politely if I could please order something for my child who was really craving for some ube ice cream & that same employee, he wasn’t even busy to begin with anyway so idk why he was giving me attitude in the first place. We always frequent the Kalihi one and wanted to try out this location but no thank you we are never going back ever again.

Said it was open until nine, I came here around 7:30 and it was closed. I’m disappointed.

I was initially draw in by the very unique flavors they serve here! Katelyn was amazing!!!! Filled the cone and wasent cheap with the toppings like some places. She provided a very personalized service asked me lots of questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Very pleased will be returning!!!

I wish I could speak to the food. However, despite the hours being listed until 9PM, they abruptly closed at 5 minites to 7 when our group arrived. We asked if they were actually closed and told yes and suggested we come back another time.

No thanks. If you are going to turn away 7 customers so you can close 2 hours early I don't think wr need to come back.

Stopped by after running some errands. They were out of a few flavors, such as the ibe cookies and cream. No worries cause the staff took the plain ube ice cream and put some crushed oreos in there, and that made it a solid 8 out of 10. Creamy and flavorful. Staff was friendly and helpful. we will be back the next time we are at Windward Mall.

Enjoy coming here to enjoy the varietues of Halo Halo. To date my favorite is the Lychee. Excellent place to get a treat along with other local snack eats. ?

The variety of ice cream is unique and very yummy. Very popular place as there's always a bunch of people waiting in line.

One person working, wait was long. Ice cream was good.

Very unprofessional staff, on FaceTime the entire time, and very fake tasting ice cream. Not sure what is “homemade” about it. Very disappointed.

I really like their unique flavors. Although it's not too hard to find ube flavors elsewhere, this is one of the few places on the Windward side that I've found pandan flavored ice cream. Of course if you want something really sweet, you can't go wrong with their halo halo.

I would prefer ice cream, but my local friend raved about the mix of ice cream, shave ice, and frui.

Just got some Halo Halo and is awesome sauce. Almost too sweet if that can even be a thing. Also not quite enough ice in my opinion.
