Review is from December 4. Came by on a whim, was doing some Christmas browsing when the kiddos wanted a snack. My daughter and her cousins decided to buy themselves some ice cream from magnolias. Worker there was very nice, let us try a couple of flavors while the kids were deciding on what they were going to get. Lots of seating nearby too.

Enjoy coming here to enjoy the varietues of Halo Halo. To date my favorite is the Lychee. Excellent place to get a treat along with other local snack eats. ?

Today was our first visit ever to Magnolia Ice Cream & Treats. They have multiple locations on the island, but I had never gave them a try until now, because my sons were curious. One ordered the strawberry milkshake with boba, the other ordered the mini "I Lava Lychee" halo-halo. It was a bit too rich and creamy for him. Next time we'll ask the lady to ease up on the milk. The brother enjoyed his strawberry smoothie. The lady who helped us today was really nice and answered all of our questions. Once day when I come here on an empty stomach I'll try their Mahalo-Halo (best seller) - it looks like it is a meal in and of itself!

The variety of ice cream is unique and very yummy. Very popular place as there's always a bunch of people waiting in line.

One person working, wait was long. Ice cream was good.

Very unprofessional staff, on FaceTime the entire time, and very fake tasting ice cream. Not sure what is “homemade” about it. Very disappointed.

I really like their unique flavors. Although it's not too hard to find ube flavors elsewhere, this is one of the few places on the Windward side that I've found pandan flavored ice cream. Of course if you want something really sweet, you can't go wrong with their halo halo.

You deserve NO STARS. The lady (staff) took 10 minutes to SCOOP 1 scoop of ice cream. There was a long and she didn't care. Her & the 2 ladies were talking story like there was no one in line. You need training on customer service& those 2 customers had no idea as well, lol. You don't believe, roll your camera's girl. LAME

I would prefer ice cream, but my local friend raved about the mix of ice cream, shave ice, and frui.

Sunday Funday at the Windward Mall. Lots of things happening. Church at New Hope Windward, lunch at Ninja Sushi, dessert at Magnolia's Ice Cream and goodies at the Farmers's Market. The Halo Halo was very filling and refreshing! The Kona coffee scoop was just enough for an ice cream treat. The service was great and the gal was cheerful and friendly. Although there is no seating area at this business, we found seating for two at the food court area. Lots of people shopping and eating. Definitely a fun Sunday for us

Magnolia in general is delicious! Stopped by the mall because I wanted something sweet. Magnolia was NOT busy at all, but the worker was SO SLOW that people in line was leaving because you can tell this lady was going SLOW ON PURPOSE. She made 1 halohalo in 15 minutes because she would each ingredient ONE BY ONE AND MOVES SO SLOW. I felt so bad for the people that actually waited and finally was over it because each person that would order a simple dessert would take 10-15 minutes. And yes SHE KNOWS people were leaving and did not take. I dont get how people can decide to apply for a job buy don't like what they do. ALSO her face the whole time was so irritated, she didnt wanna be there give her a favor and please let her go lol

Nice to see Magnolia's here at Windward Mall. Located on 2nd level. The menu has a lot of selections of Halo halo, ice cream and shakes. They also have a small selection of shopao (Filipino Manapua) and shumai. Ordered the small ube shake and it was 4 ounces for ~$5. Also ordered 1 shrimp and pork shumai for $1.09The small shake was perfect for me as usually 8oz is too much/too sweet. I look forward to trying one of their halo halo cups!

I ordered a mahalo halo with NO AZUKI and extra mongo beans. I got extra azuki and no mongo beans. I was too lazy to drive back to the mall. Please get it right the next time.
