I ordered their curry chicken wrap, and I also had the same issues with having burnt, black stuff on my food even though they just opened (as stated in another review too). Even though it was cooked, the curry was refrigerator cold and the cold temp made it inedible. I was sad because was my first time here and I didn't finish my meal.

I am not sure what happened with the customer service here but it really did get worse. I work at the mall so could be considered a regular. My last time there, I stood at the front to order and the African/Latino girl was sitting in the back on her phone. I waited a good minute and she still didn't look up, so I politely called out to her asking her if I could order. She rolled her eyes at me. I ordered my usual chai tea. As she was making it I noticed she was getting ice. I apologized to her and let her know I preferred it hot. At which point she argued they only did it cold. ? I was dumbfounded bc like I said I'm a regular and got hot Chai tea numerous times. I explained this, and she replied well here they only did it cold, bc Chai is normally cold, which is so not true. I asked her is it possible that the other workers just use the steamer to heat it up (which is exactly what one of the asian girls always did when I ordered it) but she flat out refused to. At least she gave me a refund, but if I ever see her I will not go in there.

Hours say they open at 8:30 but they did not open until 10. We were the first to order our food but somehow the third to get it even though we only got two things. Terrible customer service, my girlfriend wanted to replace the honey in her Açaí bowl for pollen and the girl working said that’s an extra $1 and that only fruit can be replaced free of charge despite all the toppings being the same price. I was the first person to order a panini but it still had burnt stuff on it so they just must have not cleaned the press from yesterday. Panini was cold and cheese was not melted and when I said something all they said they could do was put it in the microwave and couldn’t remake it or put it back on the press. Overall terrible experience. Never coming back

Healthiest food you can find in the mall. The incredible aroma of paninis during lunchtime is hard to resist! Great variety of dairy free smoothies and açai bowls. Must try!

Calm, local atmosphere, with some notes of a coffee shop. I used to frequent their other location, but they have since closed.I always order their Peanutbutter Milkshake... one of the best versions I've ever had! It is very thick and what I expect when I order it. For a meal, I chose the Italian Panini with a salad. The Panini has a lot of pesto, and the salad isn't iceberg lettuce.
Much better coffee than Starbucks.
