We r local n ate here almost a year ago. This is in windward mall. It was ono before. But currently the shoyu ramen we order all the time. Was not up to r likings. The noodle seemed like it wasn't ramen noodles. The broth had more than enuff oil in it. The roast pork was a thicker slice which was fried before going in to the broth. Do not recommend going to eat there .Especially if you are hungry. Poho' Waste money. Probably new owner. Not authentic like it used to be. 😮💨 By the way the gyoza was so soft not grilled long enuff to have that slight crunch. Food critics inc.

Would not recommend if you're looking for flavorful ramen. Had the creamy garlic tonkotsu ramen and spicy tonkotsu ramen. Both were lacking flavor and impact that make you just wanna think about where you could've eaten instead. They look good, but left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. The only saving grace is the charsiu, egg, and quick service.

Save your money! The worst tasting ramen we’ve ever had. One ramen we ordered had coconut milk in it and the spicy tonkotsu ramen wasn’t even spicy at all. Also the spicy gyoza didn’t taste anything. We paid $40 for something so bland

This is some of the worst ramen I've ever had in my life. 0 FLAVOR and the charisiu was hard and chewy. The only thing that's good is the egg. For $17 a bowl, it should be flavorful! Nowhere near real ramen. We got the tonkotsu ramen, which is supposed to be flavorful and full of umami as it gets, what we got was what tasted like lightly salted sink water with a slab of hard, bland meat.

the vegan tan tan ramen was delicious, pleasantly surprised for a ramen spot found inside a mall.
this one hits the spot! the peanut butter tare is not spicy at all so if you like spicy ask for additional spice.

Giving this place 4 stars because of the service. We popped in around 5:30PM on a Sunday. My husband and son got ramen, while I went to Hot Dog on a Stick for a corndog. My son got the shio ramen, which I thought wasn't overly salted but also didn't have any distinct flavor. (Look, I've had ramen in Japan so these food court ramens are not going to impress me) As we were dining, one of the employees came to our table and gave us free gyoza -- they were closing and did not want to waste food.
Booth in Windward mall, flavor of the broth was very good. The noodles was at the perfect texture. I just wish the broth was a bit hotter in temp. I had the black garlic tonkotsu

Both myself and my child have gotten food poisoning here on two different occasions. I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt that it was a different place but today just pinpointed it for me that it was definitely this place in particular. It's a shame cause the food tastes delicious but either the people preparing the food aren't probably being sanitary or the food itself isn't properly washed... I have no idea what it is but my child and I have been so sick and will probably never eat here again. I hope it changes or they start to clean more or check expiration dates or something cause this is awful.
