Nice little mall, tucked away in Kaneohe. We come here to shop at NCat and visit the Pet store. It is a small but friendly mall. I love that it isn't overly crowded. The food court is small, but it is OPEN and COVID appropriate. The best part is the parking...... there is so much parking.....stress-free :)

As a previous employee of Fun Factory I expect more. I went to Windward Fun's with my Gold card associated with another Fun Factory. Windward Fun's was unable switch my card to their location and i was unable to spend money and play games. They have my contact information and I am awaiting a phone call. It's Christmas time and my wife wanted me to accompany her. When we arrived, the parking lot was full, but we managed to find parking close by. I been here before but not during the Christmas rush. The mall was packed for a Saturday afternoon and it was good to see people dressing up for picture taking with Santa Claus. What is even more interesting is that he was behind a plexiglass wall, due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The mall was crowded and if you shopped around, you'll find some deals. Eventually the crowd was getting less as the night wears on. We shopped and shopped and am glad we came. Overall, it was sad to see some shops closed, like Sears and other stores, but still got a great experience and some shopping done.

I will argue that it is the most FAMILY FRIENDLY MALL on the island. -AMPLE PARKING -PUBLIC BATHROOMS in the food court, UPSTAIRS near ninja sushi, AND in Macys. -LOTS OF OPTIONS FOR EATING: Food court, restaurants, quick grab and go eats. - Affordable shopping options, no high end stuff.

COVID lockdown still. Did take out from a take out restaurant. Eating in car. Security watchman came around in cart to tell us we couldn't loiter, even though we told him we were eating. He said we had to eat in the mall. This is ridiculous as there is a pandemic going on. We supported a local restaurant by spending almost $50 for dinner. And he doesn't want us to sit in the car to eat. Really rude!

A much nicer mall in my opinion and surprisingly better than the ala moana mall or even better than the international marketplace in Waikiki. Large size mall with lots of variety of stores and restaurant. Exceptional in crowd and not too crowded and ghetto like he ala moana or the international marketplace. Overall I give this mall a 5/5 from me. Best mall of Oahu and my favorite mall of all.

Very local and comfortable place to go early Saturday mornings I like the people and employees. The comfort food restaurants are okay, nothing special. The movie theater is not my favorite. I stop by this mall when every time I visit my friends at our South Shore Christian Fellowship Calvary Chapel in Waimanalo. Plus I like the Kaneohe yown

Come here for the playground for our 2 year old. And it's not as crowded as the other malls. Starbucks is closed due to covid-19, playground we had all to ourselves, I'm assuming because of the situation. There are hand sanitizers around.

Great mall with all the shops you need! I like it because I live in Kailua and am less likely to get lost inside this indoor mall. Definitely recommend if your prefer a more traditional mall type of place to go to. Ross has some great deals.

Surprisingly good bun and bahn mi in Windward Mall.
Service was ahhhh...Pho needed more taste...I ordered the seafood pho and i had 2 pcs of shrinp and 2 pcs of calamari...Their milk tea was pretty bad too. But it's a good location I guess.

Love that we have a pretty decent Mall on the Windward Side in Kane'ohe! Ample parking and all kinds of stores including Ross and Macy's. Every Wednesday and Sunday there's the impressive Farmers Market. Though out the week, the Mall has many events and activities! You'll find lots of people from all ages exercising by walking this three winged two story building.

Classic mall with same stores expected in all malls but the main positive feature is: its on the Windward side of the island so you don't have to drive to Honolulu to shop for everyday clothes and home goods. Stores from Macys to Victoria's Secret. Small but ok food court.
