We ordered a gluten-free pizza in the server, cross contaminated everyone's pizzas. The server was rude and clearly having a very bad day, just throwing the pizzas around and talking with an attitude and not listening to customers very well at all. All the customers were trying very hard to be friendly and she clearly wasn't having any of it

I usually like to support food businesses but wow, this order was terrible. I’ll just post a picture of my order and then post a picture of what I got. I’ll let it speak for itself. Oh also I got a sprite instead of lemonade. ☹️

Super disappointed in this location. Did an online order and was given an estimated 20-25 minute wait time so I arrived around that time and ended up waiting an additional hour for my 2 pizzas. And the restaurant wasn’t even very busy. I was just told my order was being worked a couple times and had to keep waiting. Really frustrating, definitely lost me as a customer here.

Great spot if you like building your own pizza! I love how you can customize everything — crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. The pizza comes out hot and fresh from the oven, and the flavors are really good.

The place is clean, service is friendly, and it’s a nice casual spot to grab a quick meal. Perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner in Kaneohe. I’ll definitely be back!

Unbelievably low customer service. I felt as though the person serving didn’t even care if I existed in this world. I have a large family and I was a burden to these servers. What happened in this world. My attempts to make small talk and lighten the bad year for them only annoyed them further. Why do servers join the customers service industry if they cant stand the presence of other people.
Last time I ever go to pieology sorry owners but fix it or you will lose customers

It’s sad because we truly had such a wonderful experience and the food taste amazing the first two times we ate here! But since then something’s changed… not sure whose making these pizzas, but they’ve been burning them this is the second time this has happened… We gave it another shot this time as grace because maybe it was just a bad day or new trainee error… but this is the second time this happened. We are hopeful this review helps management fix this issue because we’d love to remain loyal customers of this establishment. Aloha 🤙🏾

This place is always understaffed and drowning in orders, especially from online orders. I would advise the management to shut online ordering off briefly when the store starts to get overwhelmed at peak hours. There was a stack of 7 or 8 pizzas sitting for a good 5 to 10 minutes not cut or boxed on the packaging table getting cold which is not an acceptable business practice.

We frequently visit Pieology at Windward Mall, and it’s always busy—which speaks volumes! The food is consistently great, and the customer service is just as impressive. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always respectful. They truly embody the spirit of Aloha.
