What goodies do you bring from Hawaii? I have a special checked bag for frozen food & we easily hit the 50 lbs max every time. My haul always includes PnJ Ilocano Longganisa and Tocino! Not much ambience to the factory located in the heart of KBay, across Windward Mall. It's so close to Adela's, easy to kill two birds with one stone. [PROTIP] If you don't wanna deal with a hardsided cooler and dry ice, deep freeze your goods for at least 72 hours before travel. Pack them in insulated cooler bags (as required by the airline to avoid condensation), and then place into a corrugated cardboard box before placing in your checked bag. We never have any probs running it through Agriculture. Remember to declare the frozen meat when dropping off to bag check, and be on your way. S/O Aunty Josie for my special order pickup from their home in the Westside where we stay by, to avoid traffic trekking Windward to the PnJ Sausage Factory in Kaneohe. Agyamanak!

My mom and I went to buy Longanisa and upon arriving nobody answered the door but with patience, someone finally opened it so we could purchase their products. They were on lunch break so they locked the door. Make sure you don't go during lunch break. Other than that, if you know what products to buy, they have stock on hand. Great service when dealing with the manufacturer direct.

I've been eating this longanisa since I was a kid. It's the most logit Ilocano-style longanisa out there. Made in Hawaii you can taste the love with every bite. It is simply delicious... and my family refuses to substitute. It's heaven on your taste buds. When we go home, we buy packs of this stuff... freeze it and cart it in an ice chest. One back in Cali, we dole it out like gold!

My name is Maria. I have been buying PNJ Sausage for over 8 years. I bought the extra garlic vinegar at the Filipino market at Chinatown market last week. I have noticed the difference in meat and flavor. There is no aroma what so ever. It's tasteless. I served it to a guess of mine and was very disappointed. Some of them had freezer burns.

PNJ SAUSAGE is one of the Filipino's favorite sausage in Hawaii and if you want to experience the taste youcan visit SEAFOOD CITY, and also most of store at City square Dillingham and also to DA FISH in Waipahu and if you plan to do fund raising just call PNJ SAUSAGE HI. We love their extra vinegar, extra garlic longanisa! It's very Ono!

Their longganisa is yummy and not as fatty as other brands. They have the vinegar flavored or the sweet flavored sausage, as well as other kinds of sausage to purchase. Price is reasonable and sausage comes packaged in different amounts.

If you like the Langanisa the ono Filipino sausages, you will dig this place. Me and my co-workers found this place by chance as we were working in the area. What is neat about this laganisa stoe is that there are like 6 different kinds and you can even order with extra vinegar and extra garlic. I ended up getting 12 mild hot vinegar and 24 regular vinegar. Had a sausage fest this weekend. The sausages are da bomb and the price is very affordable. want to try the sweet & spicy and an extra vinegar extra garlic! winnah!
