Food is usually always good! we went there this past week and their pork belly was basically freezer burned so when you cook that it’s almost as tough as leather. Other than that, it was great food and the brisket is always good cut. Service was really good, they always there to check on you and take more orders. Interior could use more decor maybe?

Whenever I’m in Kaneohe side, I always consider and even highly recommend this place. The vibe and the ambience is just right, food, friends and fun.Until today this happened,To my surprise! after arriving at the resto, checked in and all, we were told to wait outside, and the server said “let us know if all of your party is here” and so we did. But, as we went inside… we were told again to wait outside, and the server said “please give us time to be ready” I maybe be exaggerated and I will add this here, He said it with an attitude. It is lunch time, and currently inside the resto, there’s only 1 party dining, party of 5.It is not busy at all. I’m ganna let that slide.So we were called upon then,As we were sitting in our table, the saucers were oily, glasses were dirty, so we ask the sever to change them, we have more to request but the server already turned his back on us, again it’s not busy time. I saw the server make face and flip his hair. That threw me off as I am in a service to, and that is just not right and I told my party let’s just leave.Another thing, the time limit is 60 mins to dine?Used to be 2 hours or 90? The Menu wasn’t explained about the difference of Lunch Special and All Day Special. And the imposition of 20% gratuity for party of 5? Seriously?! Well I don’t mind, but with this kind of initial service… it’s kind of a desperate, Please.Sorry will not come back here again.

As a Korean, it’s insulting that you call this k bbq. Receiving this kind of pork belly was an insulting experience and it’s a disgrace. It’s not pork belly. It’s garbage that doesnt have any retail value. charging $34 per person for this is borderline fraud. 사장님. 장사 똑바로 하세요 인간적으로.

This place is filthy, greasy floors & chairs but the worst is the meat. Very poor quality. Spicy pork was half a plate of pure fat, the steak was chewy. Staff was sweet though.You're better off going to fast food down the street at tasty BBQ where the side dishes are fresh & delicious.

Great place to get your full. Staff are really cool and friendly, with plenty of aloha.Lunch is where it's at. Bring your own drinks or lettuce. Staff even support you bringing things from Times nextdoor.Always a great time here.
The quality of the meat was terrible, we noticed it the moment they brought it out. The “short ribs” weren’t on the bone and was so thinly sliced I had to question if it was even “short ribs”. The restaurant is also pretty dirty. It’s dusty all over, the walls, bathroom, floor were all pretty disgusting. My daughter touched the wall by the door and her fingers were literally black. Not worth the money in my opinion, the service however, was great. The waiter was nice and efficient.

You can't beat all you can eat.But I guess there is a way to make customers eat less and charge a guarantee regardless of their subpar service.The fire was so weak. When inquired to the staff, the 'male' staff 'sassily' comment that it's because I am covering the grill and not letting air flow and that it's my fault for not knowing how to cook properly.I had to laugh. I asked him what the purpose of the air vents were which were on the side of the grill and he just stared and walked away.The weak fire was due to the build up gunk in the gas burner head which I picked up and shaked off for better use. Yet, the fire remained at a best 'warmer' and could hardly be claimed as a grillAlso, the server kept bringing only a serving of one meat despite we were a party of four and asked multiple times that we are putting orders in for the four, but the return from the server was a comment that the kitchen is the culprit.We end up getting McDonald's after leaving the place after paying for an all you can eat and being charged a ridiculous surcharge for a party of four.

Skip a meal or two, pace yourself, and don't stop eating until you get the meat sweats. Let them change out the grill when they ask. Yes the food tastes better with a bit of char, but it also smokes up the place and someone has to scrub that s**t
