Also stop scolding your new employees in front of customers it’s so unprofessional and gives a bad vibe in the store. We know the owner doesn’t care because he just sends a Starbucks link that leads to nothing. never tipping at Starbucks windward shopping center ever again

I have been a customer for forever even employee 18 years ago and I asked for the restroom code and they denied me access because I didnt order right now?? I've spent maybe $40k dollars or more in my lifetime and back in the day Starbucks was considered a 3rd place for most to gather and feel welcome. l and am obviously not homeless and definitely don't feel appreciated as a customer. I still purchase Starbucks about 3-5 days a week and it's ridiculous they refused a simple request to use the restroom.

Don't buy coffee here if you need the toilet cause they are "not available" Three stars because the lady behind the counter was very friendly and the coffee was OK, but you customer reall6 needed to go and was sent down the road instead of being allowed to enjoy the coffee in-house

Terrible customer service!! So I mobile ordered today and when I came to pick up my order the lady turned my cup facing the way where I couldn’t see my name so I didn’t know if my order was ready and she was calling everybody else’s but mines being rude for no reason and so I just grabbed the last drink and I said thankyou and she completely just ignored me I even left a tip twice she had ginger hair with black glasses and the guy with her also had glasses and straight black hair both weird and rude if you don’t enjoy your job then leave don’t ruin someone else’s day because you’re unhappy!

They really need to retrain the old lady up front on the register or let her go. She got a rude attitude. What I hear from friends are that everyone is complaining about her. Hopefully management sees this and does corrective actions

In my opinion their coffee offerings are superb and quality but the pricing was outrageous. One of our family members complained about their cold coffee drink and the Starbucks employee simply said add more sugar if you don't like it. We had them redo the drink and the difference was night and day.

I was told that bathroom is for employees only. What kind of eatery does not their customers use their bathroom?
They do not allow customers that hang-out to use restrooms. It’s the only Starbucks that does not allow it I am aware of on island.
