To the auntie working at Subway in Windward mall, while you were kind to me, the hostility I could feel between you and the other employee was thick enough to cut with a knife. At first I thought the young girl had an attitude, I could tell she was beyond done. She put my soup by the register and then you scolded her in front of me and other customers...no wonder she was done.For what it's worth if something needs to be said, especially if it's disciplinary, take your employee in the back and speak to them. Not in front of customers.

I went to the Windward mall Subway today and it was so disappointing. Their oven to toast sandwiches wasn't working and I understand that this is beyond their control (this wasn't what was disappointing), what I was in shock to see was their spinach bin with wilting spinach and rotting spinach on display for selecting in their condiment area. It was really bad, if I saw this first, I would never had started to create a sandwich. I've included a photo, I'll let you decide.

The sandwich was fine, but I thought it was not cool for them to try to charge me a dollar for a water cup. It's like if I'm gonna spend eight dollars on a 6 inch sandwich they should be able to throw in a cup for tapwater for free.

The lady who helped me yesterday afternoon was fantastic ! She was extremely patient, super fast & efficient & truly made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. You'll know who she is when you hear her very pleasant voice as she speaks with you. Her customer service skills are impeccable ! I just wish the prices were more reasonable but you do get what you pay for because my pastrami sandwich was delicious !

I'm back again!!! Just can't stay away from a good foot long Turkey sandwich. This is the Subway Sandwich in Windward Mall, downstairs. There are other Subway Sandwich in Kaneohe but I feel this one is better with fresher ingredients. I was also told that they will honor the Subway coupons, the other Subway will not. If you wanna start eating healthier and you're in the area, stop by the Subway in Windward Mall and give yourself a treat!!
