Today March 4th around 1pm I went in as a delivery driver. The woman who was making my order first lied to me and told me that I had both items in the bag. When I asked her abt it bc they weren’t both in the bag, she said oh I actually called the customer to tell him that they were out of the cookie. She actually lied to me, never called the customer. Never in my days as a delivery driver have I ever been lied to like this. This person should be fired. I could have called my customer who already paid for his food n offered another item. DONT EAT HERE AND CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOUR A DELIVERY PERSON!

Came here for lunch lately. As usual, food was good and fresh. Service was friendly. All tables were dirty except for one which is the one we took. Recommended.

Not welcoming. Zero customer service. I asked the employee to clean the table because they are so dirty and he handed me a napkin to clean it myself.

On 2 separate occasions, during business hours, tried to pick up dinner for the family and they have randomly closed early. If you're going to run a franchise/business and have posted business hours then be open during business hours. This is not how you do business.

They have a sign that says change any 6” to a salad with a dollar sign and no price. So I ordered a salad and got charged $17. Keep in mind they don’t put anything extra inside. You pay $8 extra for no bread and for them to put the 6” ingredients in a bowl. This is ridiculous. Ruby Tuesdays all you can eat salad bar is cheaper. Also windward mall subway don’t charge extra just temple valley and kbay shopping center. Same owners I think
