I went in and order same thing I always order. A chicken bacon ranch melt footlong. I got my veggies and order of 3 cookies. At the end I was charged 22.49. I noticed on my receipt I noticed it said charged and extra $4.00 for a Dlexue, so I went up to the employee and ask her, "what is this charge for?" She said because you got vegetables on your sub when it doesn't normally come with. Correct me if I am wrong but I have never been charged $4 for vegetables. I also want to point out that I didn't get extra protein or anything extra. Never in my life have I ever paid so much for a simple sub. I'm furious, I'm sure she is new, but still she needs to be better acquainted with pricing. As well as basic customer service, forgetting to greet, and almost had me walking out hand carrying the food without a bag.

Best Subway joint on base! Food is always fresh, staff is always nice and helpful, and I always have a good experience. This is my favorite place to have lunch!

Fairly quick, even during lunch rush. Ingredients have always been fresh. Willing to work with customers for non-routine orders (putting everything in a soup bowl for child). Employees have always been friendly during each visit.Cookie selection is limited and slightly different from another subway on base. Cost is approximately $4 more than a mainland Subway.

Always stocked with the proper ingredients, and they have a good selection of chips. However they share a soda machine with their neighboring restaurant which means most drinks are often unavailable, and the bread didn't seem so fresh.

The two way combination is nothing but a nightmare. I had a few experiences to order subway in safeway, in Colorado, California, and here in Maui. Everytime the visit was a nightmare. Please never put the two pathetic ways together, it's horrible. Period.

Closed at 8:30pm when the store hours state that it is open until 10pm on weekdays! I understand workers want to get home early, especially at night, but this was just ridiculous.

so i have heard of this subway being of poor customer service... I never really experienced it, until the other night... you do not greet your customers, you do not smile, you do not explain what you are doing, you do not send off your customers with a simple "thank you, have a nice day"... it really just makes the customer not want to come back,,, EVER... the lady had me repeat my order more than once... she cut the bread so lopsided. she could not tell me the soup of the day. she cut my sandwich that was loaded with chipotle southwest sauce, then used it to cut my mothers... my mother said she could literally taste the sauce on her sandwich (no bueno). I was charged for guacamole three times... I asked her to explain why, and she told me... "oh, I don't know"... so I know avocados are not always cheap. I know to add them on are an extra .50 cents. but I looked at my receipt and it says $1.50. I understand .50 cents for the first (mind you this was a SMALL scoop) of guacamole. but when was the other two scoops added? I was just feeling so weirded out and unwelcome by their presence I was just done and hungry, I took my sandwich and left. however the only good thing you will read on this yelp review is that the sandwich I had was so delicious... I love subway :)) just not this one ;)

customer service is literally like..... walked in, no welcome. my friend was ordering and after every single ingredient the girl making the sandwich made her repeat cause she didnt hear her after every. single. ingredient. no smiles anywhere from the employees. she also put a different sauce on the sandwich that my friend requested and was just standing there like oh so what now. super great...

This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. The owner's daughter is horribly rude, and twice verbally assaulted my young granddaughter and my elderly husband. When informed of this, the owner made no apology or restitution. The sandwich making was sloppy at best. They are EXTREMELY STINGY with the ingredients, sighing with contempt when you ask for another tomato! They don't honor coupons that other Subways will honor. And they are not careful with keeping food safe from flies! Will NEVER go there again!!!!!
