Ordered on the app - waited almost an hour for the food (starting from the time we arrived - along with 3 other people who also ordered on the app, one guy just left mad and no food). Manager claimed that refunds on app orders can only be done on the app, if you can find the imaginary refund button.
All the drive thru and people that ordered at the kiosk after us was getting their food before us. Didn't start our order until after the fourth time we asked about it.
Manager was saying/almost arguing back at app customers that they short staffed and complete orders in the time stamp order they receive them. Not true if people ordering after us, getting their food, eating, and leaving while we still waiting. Just tell the truth and say the app is broken.
All the workers there working hard. The manager needs customer service training.

Got a couple potato soft tacos and wow were they full. Kind of expecting to get a very little bit for 3.12 in 2024 but I got stuffed from two full value tacos. Very impressed. And place was super clean and professional as well.

Expect a long line if you go at night. I asked for an ice tea and ended up getting a flat Pepsi... Disappointing to say in the least
I LOVE Taco bell, but every time I come here I'm in line for an hour, & there only like 8 cars. Speed of service is definitely not something there focused on. & you can tell these workers don't care much. Customer service is spotty @ best

Ok I love Taco Bell But BRUH The service there in Kaneohe Drive Thru SUCKS we got there at 6:10pm in the DRIVE THRU had about 8 Cars Ahead of us (C’mon DRIVE THRU) We did not get out of that line until 7pm ALMOST A WHOLE DAMN HOUR had one lady taking orders and also taking orders inside I seen maybe 4 people + the lady in the drive thru area TACO BELL KANEOHE YOU ALL GOTTA STEP UP BE A LITTLE MORE FASTER or HIRE MORE PEOPLE Cause waiting in line for almost a whole damn hour is not HAPPENING.
