By far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to after living on both the East and West Coast. Food has a burnt oil taste, indicating they are not managing their cookers correctly and if you peel back the onion I’m sure you’d find more health hazards with this franchise and owner. Taco Bell corporation needs to do an immediate investigation as to the way this franchise is run as I will be calling a health inspector ASAP due to their lackluster care for food quality.

Fiesta Potato and the Spicy Potato Soft taco was terrible. Potatoes were burnt and it was dry and hard. Like it was sitting in the warmer. 325 in the afternoon and almost dinner time. Wouldn't you think to make a new batch. Or when they are making the order don't they see the color of it. Drove away to find this crap in our bag.

Tortillas were hard, cheese not melted and beans were cold and seemed old, crumbly. Taste was off too. I attempted to call multiple times, however, they don’t answer their phone so I could not report the issue with management. How do you mess up a cheese rollup and vegetarian Mexican pizza?! Based on other reviews and my own experience, this is not an isolated incident and I will not be a repeat customer.

Drive thru is so slow! Order online and pick up inside. Drive thru is literally starvation, I’m going to be skeletons by the time I place my order.
Drive-thru ....Not sure why I always think it's going to get better...It is the slowest drive-thru in the nation, probably the world to be honest... Be prepared for at least a 30min wait if it's 10 cars deep but it's the only one in Kaneohe.... Order is always right though...just the wait is crazy...inside and out.

Incredibly slow. Plan for mobile orders to be ready 20-30 minutes later than the app tells you or be in even a short drive thru line for about 25 minutes or longer. Plan accordingly.

I have stopped here twice in 1 &1/2 years I’ve lived this side. Hands down the friendliest TB I’ve ever visited! Today at the drive through the guy said special on drinks for happy hour. He sold me!!! I was hot & tired but darn the suggestion of a soda was spot on. He is so sweet at the window!!! Make this guy a manager or do something awesome for him because customer service like this does not exist anymore. I will stop by there for the friendly service anytime I’m near!
