My husband and I agreed this was the best sushi we've ever had. The quality of the fish, presentation, and relative value were all notable. We were there shortly after opening and were immediately seated, though reservations are highly recommended as it's quite small.

Hands down some of the best sushi and sashimi I have had. The fish is super fresh, the portions are generous, and the team at Tanuki are great. The BYOB service is very good and just look at all the fish in the Deluxe Chirashi bowl! Highly recommended.

Sitting at the bar and watching the chef create his delectible masterpiece, dish after dish was a treat to say thr least. The hostess was sweet and attentive. Amazing experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back! Best sushi on Oahu!

Gotta try the onaga, kampachi, & the "kinki" Nigeria! So Ono! We went without reservations, but they were so nice & welcoming. Upbeat personalities, very informative about their sushi selections, and really clean. I ate so fast that I didn't get any pictures. Haha! We'll be back soon!
