My mom and I sometimes come here for a sweet treat and have always enjoyed it since it’s one of the few tea places in Kaneohe. The drinks are usually great, but today when we ordered our two fruit teas, they tasted very bitter. I had a feeling it might have been the ice since some tea places don’t clean their machines frequently enough and I was right. The ice tasted like dish water and I almost threw up after drinking a little less than half the drink. I’m disappointed because I spent $20 on something I couldn’t even finish. Will probably try to avoid coming here from now on.
This place was so good,if you are looking for a great dessert or bubble drinks that’s worth it,tea home is your place.we ordered lava latte and fruit tea it was so delicious,the original bubble egg waffle was so tasty and cooked well.the outside had a crisp to it.It was an indulgence of yumminess!everyone was very happy with their order.The service was absolutely amazing and very attentive. We will be back for sure!

Not one to leave bad reviews but the lady who seems to be the manager or owner needs a hard reality check when I asked about missing item and if it wasn’t rung in I was all about paying for it and the young girl who had originally taken my order was going to get it she yanked her from the arm to stop her and whispered something under her breath the items we got were good but the demeanor from the lady that is clearly in charge needs to be fixed
