This is my first time patronizing Tea Home and I was pleasantly impressed. From the moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted and helped. Because it was my first time there, I needed a bit of help understanding the wide array of choices on the menu. I eventually settled on a melona bubble tea with no tapioca balls. Being able to choose the amount of sugar added to my bubble tea was a game changer for me. My melona bubble tea was positively delicious! I also tried their birthday cake macaron. While it was delicious, it was a bit too sweet for me. I'll definitely try another flavor next time. As for the establishment itself, Tea home has a seating area both inside and outside. While there's nothing outright impressive, it is sufficient and comfortable enough to sit down and have a snack and conversation. I highly recommend that you give this place a try if you haven't done so already. Again, the customer service I received from an Asian woman with glasses was phenomenal!

This is probably the only place in Kaneohe I'll ever give 5 stars to. The atmosphere was very welcoming and homely, the service was amazing, giving off a traditional Japanese vibe from one of the members, and the drinks and pastries are to die for! 10/10 would recommend!

Loooove Tea Home. My favorite drink is their lava latte with less sweet (they use less syrup along the walls of the cup) topped with mac nuts. Their boba is soft and chewy. I consider it the perfect island milk tea pick me up!

Love it. We try to make it here whenever we are in Oahu. Definitely better than the Alley at Ala Moana.

Typically very good but one big change has happened lately that makes me reconsider.... What's with the giant cups?!? They are about the size of deli containers and don't fit into the car cup holders. At first I thought they were temporary but their machine has toppers for them.... Please bring back cup sized cups!

Order the strawberry smoothie with lychee jelly. Ask for a small but the only sizes they have are large and jumbo. The wait wasn't too long so the surface was good, and there's only two tables inside so the ambiance is pretty much for to go. They allow you to pick the amount of sugar you want and I asked for 25% which made the drink sweet enough but not too sweet. It was about $8 for the drink so it's kind of pricey but it's something that you can get when you need a fix and you haven't had it for a while.

I never liked boba until I came here! I get the Lava Latte with boba and for topping I usually get Oreo but you could also get macadamia nuts!!! so delicious and the price difference between the regular and jumbo is 1$ I usually get a jumbo of this since it's so amazing! Our go to boba is this and Thai Milk Tea with boba :)

Okay so our bubble tea's we're good. We got 2 macarons and I kid you not I almost gagged because the outside coating of the macarons tasted like cleaner. They must have cleaned the inside of the case where they keep the macarons and either didn't let it air out and placed them back inside or even they didn't even bother to take the macarons out! I can't get the nasty taste out my mouth now and that's to bad because I'm pretty sure the macaron was great and the person who made it put a lot of work into making it. 2 stars because that's basic stuff a business should know!

Wow! Super pricey just for drinks. Two drinks costed us $17.91. Yikes! And it wasn't the best drinks we've had as well. Boba is an extra 85¢. Their cheese cream was pretty good though. Service was pretty fast. Got our drinks pretty fast. Other than that, we don't know when we will be back since we're not from that area.

Great location to pick up some refreshing smoothies and teas either after doing a load of laundry at the laundry next door or just finished picking up groceries from Times. The store has some indoor and outdoor seating with tables if you can't wait to drink your recently purchased drinks. You can either place your order at the counter with a real person or a tablet style ordering menu just off to the right side of the counter. The drinks are good, made relatively quickly and taste delicious with some nice combinations available my favorite being the mango and pineapple smoothie this one doesn't need any sweetener added which can be specified for each drink from 0 to 100% in 25% increments.

Just witnessed, who I assume to be a manager, refuse to remake a drink for a little girl (with her patient dad standing right next to her). The little girl explained that she ordered a "fruit tea" not a "smoothie" which could've just been a misunderstanding on the cashier's part. The dad and girl were genuine and just wanted the correct order. The manager just went to the back when the dad calmly said he would take his business elsewhere. You can't build your business with customer service like that!! I only gave stars because I've been there few times without issues, but that didn't sit right with me.

Nice shop. Oolong milk tea tasted like a regular milk tea, and not oolong, but if I wanted a regular milk tea then yes it's acceptable. Boba ok but ever so slightly slightly tough?

Won't be going back here.. My 9 year old daughter Ordered a lychee fruit tea with boba.. They gave my daughter a lychee smoothie.. My daughter doesn't like smoothies and didn't care for the texture of it.. I tried to pursuade her to just keep it as it wasn't a big deal but she said she really didn't like it.. we went back to the cashier and she said my daughter ordered the smoothie and not the tea.. and then pointed to her head like she smart and remembered my daughters order.. Unreal!! She basically said she was right and my 9 year old daughter was wrong.. I argued my point once and they didn't budge.. My daughter was bummed.. Customer isnt always right here.. Won't be giving this place my hard earned money anymore.. very disappointed..To reply to the owner.. your coworker was very rude and insisted my daughter did not order a fruit tea.. she pointed to her head as if she was smarter than us and she remembered the order.. She spoke very broken English and was also a little difficult to understand.. If she didn't insist that my daughter was wrong and wasn't rude I probably would not be writing this review..
