The event coordinator Relda Enos was very unprofessional! She was extremely rude and had an unpleasant attitude to work with. The customer service we received from her and her staff was horrible. When arriving to the venue, the place was extremely unsanitary. My family and I had to clean up before our event started, which was unnecessary, considering I had paid a cleaning fee to have avoid this issue. The bar choices were extremely selective, when our guests would try to order their drinks, the bartender would say they ran out of this and that, when the event had just started. Knowing you're going to host an event and the guest are going to order alcoholic beverages, wouldn't you stock up on your selections? Not to mention this was a private event, but Relda still allowed outsiders in, to order from the bar. Overall, this was such a HORRIBLE experience and sadly not a joyful and memorable event that I would reminisce about. The amount of money that we spent and the little effort that Relda and her team put into our event was not worth it. Would definitely look into another venue, if I had to host a party again.

Needs allot of work although staff is great and music on entertainment is a big plus.

the good: casual, down to earth, and the night we went Heineken promotion with free beers, also attracts a young crowd who otherwise might not have a place to go on Friday nights. All ages were welcome the bad: paid cover charge for a band at 7:20 pm, left at 10:20 and no band had started (they had set up , I dont know what time they start) this could be normal for the young people who hadnt really showed up till 9:00. Food was very basic bar food , from frozen and that is ok but waited 45 minutes for french fries, the waitress did apologize on the second time we asked and said kitchen was backed up , but we had ordered before it got crowded. all in all reminds you of high school graduation party and in the right mood would be fun most people drink cans of beer , any liquor including shots served in the little plastic cups , you use at beach parties cafeteria tables and folding chairs, probably a good place to watch sports on TV, or come in for a beer after golfing, the promoter for the music venue probably knows audience , this night they missed , by waiting too long to start , but most tables were ok just chilling, I did notice a few other tables asking when band started my low score is due to missing the band and too slow on food, and they arent exactly generous on pours for drinks, if they had told us the band was at 10:30 or 11 would have been ok

They dont have a phone so dont bother to call. There is live music on Thirsdays. Fridays its 80's music. And sometimes, there are events like Comedy nights but that is promoted by a separate agency. Karaoke nightly and it starts after the live event if there is any. The bar is minimal, based on what sells to the local crowd so dont expect a whiskey bar, blended drinks, or $20 cocktails (thats Kailua, ha!). This is an event space with the local bar on the side. Its clean, airy, and a great place to just hang out. We came on a Thursday to listen to Hoku Zuttermeister, Hawaiian music. You just gotta stip by and talk to the bar on any future events Its all word of mouth.

We finished a round and it was a nice day so we decided to do the 19th hole as well. They had a 4 beer bucket special for $20. A pretty good deal which we enjoyed at the bar so we could see out over the 9th,10th and 18th holes. It has a relaxed vibe which might be nice to come back and try the barely as well. Will repost here again when we do.

This is a cool, little spot for karaoke and food. We came here after the Family Haunt event and it was kid friendly, which is very important when you have 3 kids! They have 6' folding tables set up, kinda feels like a backyard pa'ina. Everyone seemed to know each other and it was a friendly atmosphere with AMAZING singers. Talk about chicken skin!! I ordered the ahi belly plate, it was ok, but for some reason a little too fishy for my taste. I think I've been spoiled with super fresh ahi from fisherman friends. But it was ok. The girls ordered the nachos and cheese quesadilla... both were to their liking. My hubby ordered the lechon, but they had a glitch in their system so he didn't get his order until we were all finished eating. By that time they ran out of rice so he just had it ala carte. It was a bit on the dry side, but he had good teeth so it didn't bother him too much. Lol. And after about 6 beers he didn't even notice. We'd probably come back and try some other things on the menu. Just hearing the awesome singers makes it worth the trip to return.

Won't give deposit back during Covid restrictions. Prior to that, Ask over and over and over again about menu & pupu. Vary scarce answers BUT they were quick to want and spend the deposit. Our bad for thinking they would be a good local style with aloha venue. Shame on you guys. Will certainly let everyone that asks know: BAY VIEW?? NOPE!!!

I have been trying to make reservations and no one answers the phone. So I drove down yesterday and 11am and the place looked deserted! So I am confused about this establishment. I ended up calling the golf course and they said there have been others like me who do not get a response on the phone. I have also messaged them on Facebook. It's a shame because I really like to support local establishments.

Bar lacking supplies and lacks training and management as back of house and front of house lack of communication resulting in total breakdown with customer...ordered steak , fries and rice ...never saw the rice after 3 requests it was kinda a lost cause...was pau eat and had no top shelf vodka either...Sad evening ...but , I will try again..."Eat Local" , when can...
