Found this place on Yelp. We ordered the shrimp, beef and chicken dishes. Out of the 3, the chicken was the best. The shrimp dish was ok and the beef was whatever... so, get the chicken dish!!!

Wife told me there was a Huli huli chick that everyone raved about(ray's) but didn't remember the name and we ended up being here in a mistake. Food was great chicken was delicious it's different than ray's but I love both. The seasoning here is more sweet I believe the seasoning was inspired by Japanese with garlic soy and mirin, which my wife liked a lot. The service is great, the lady's that works there shows what hospitality is.

We got there just in time as they got done cooking the chicken a little after opening. The smoked chicken hits you as soon as you enter the parking lot and it smells so good. You order inside a building that's attached to a gift shop. The chicken, Mac salad, and rice were so good. The sauce that came with it was delicious as well. Wish we got more of it!

Average Oahu prices with a good portion meal. The chicken dark meats were tough and dry, and the breast meat was okay. There was not much flavor, considering it's charbroiled chicken. Garlic on shell shrimp never fails to be tasty and succulent. BBQ beef is typical beef from a chinese broccoli beef dish and a little too chewy. They are a bit petty when it comes to ordering a cup of water with your food and provide a tiny cup normally found on an office water dispenser.

Chicken was delightful and Mac salad is a must! Smoothies went over well with the kids. Service was very quick. You know you are in the right place when the local military pilots are in line ordering food with you.

A nice place to stop on the way to the North Shore. In addition to the restaurant, inside there is a gift shop and jewelry counters. We ordered the half chicken plate and the shell-on garlic shrimp plate, which were each $18. Chicken was cooked well and had a subtle sweet smoky flavour. I recommend the shrimp too, which were buttery, garlicky, fresh, and plentiful. The mac salad was the best I've had on this trip so far. Loved that they have lots of seating inside and big bathrooms to wash your hands before/after your meal. Will definitely come back.
I was disappointed that the Butter Garlic Shrimp did not have a good garlic taste. Huli Huli is smoked chicken with half a piece and no fat. The taste of knowing! There is no failure~

The reviews were good so we stopped by. Chicken and shrimp were both delicious, and I really enjoyed the chicken. There is a restaurant inside the large Souvenir store, so the sign is hard to see from the outside, but you can look for a place grilling chicken outside. The store was clean and had a restroom, and I was happy to have lunch on the balcony outside the store while looking at the beautiful mountain scenery. I definitely recommend this place.
