Food is always good but the portions isn't that great for what I pay for. The plus side is the new takeout cubbies they have to make things faster.

I liked the idea of trying food from a local Hawaiian chain, so I had to check out Zippys. I made sure to grab the famous Zip Pac. I liked the variety. It’s like a Hawaiian lunchbox surprise with every bite. Definitely worth the stop.

Food was delicious 😋. Waitress was a sweet heart. I gave the atmosphere a four star because it was missing the beautiful sounds of Hawaiian music . It wasn't to crowded but had people coming and going. Excellent food . Cooks phinomenol and the waitress was a doll.

Kaneohe Zippys is the worse than all others. We waited 45 mins for our food. Excuse was only one cook. Also they make i customers wait so long to be seat. This has been on going thing. Botton line, Poor management I must say Kailua Zippys is the best.

Don’t go to Kane’ohe Zippys. They slow, they randomly close for maintenance work that I don’t ever see doing any good to make that place any better. I’m gonna request they shutdown that location please. It’s not the same Zippys from small kid days and I hate seeing how crappy it is now. Plus they don’t open 24 hour like before. And all Zippys are a rip off.

I bought the Chantilly Cake yesterday! Had I known you guys struggling I wouldn't have bought the double layer Chantilly Cake! I buy the 8 inch because I like the frosting in the middle! I spent 30.00 for all Cake, no frosting! SHAME! For years I loved your Chantilly Cake, not no more! If I wanted just Cake I would have baked it myself!
Everytime we try to go, there’s always such a long time for sit in customers to get a table. We came Friday night and although we were third in line, we were waiting 35+ minutes just to get a table. We ended up just leaving because the workers barely updated or notified those waiting on when we’d get seats. On the screen it says max waiting time 17 minutes but clearly they need to update that. These poor people in front of us were waiting even longer. They need more kitchen workers if they want to be able to provide good customer service.
