Cornbread Mix
Bake at Home: Cornbread Mix Makes 1 tray of cornbread, approx. 5¾ " x 7¾ ", and bakes up about 1½ " in height. What you will need: 2 Large Eggs ½ Cup Oil ½ Cup Water 1. Preheated oven to 335º-350º F 2. Whisk together eggs, oil, and water. 3. Add Cornbread mix, and mix until smooth 4. Pour batter back into black tray. 5. Zippy's Pancake Mix
2 pounds Preparation: 1 Bag of Zippy's Pancake Mix (16oz) 2 Cups Cold Water (16 oz) 1. Empty the contents of the entire bag of powdered mix into a mixing bowl. 2. Measure out 2 cups of cold water and combine with the powdered mix. 3. With a wire whisk, mix both ingredients until blended. Do not overmix. 4. I liked the idea of trying food from a local Hawaiian chain, so I had to check out Zippys. I made sure to grab the famous Zip Pac. I liked the variety. It’s like a Hawaiian lunchbox surprise with every bite. Definitely worth the stop.

Food was delicious 😋. Waitress was a sweet heart. I gave the atmosphere a four star because it was missing the beautiful sounds of Hawaiian music . It wasn't to crowded but had people coming and going. Excellent food . Cooks phinomenol and the waitress was a doll.

Over easy eggs were way overcooked, and both eggs together were the size of one. Corned Beef Hash was room temperature in the middle. French toast was really good, and so was the service. I was visiting with my firstborn, who had just moved to the Kaneohe side, so I was just happy to spend time with them and didn't bother bringing attention to the food. Must've caught em on an off day.
