Seriously the best tacos on the island. They offer fresh fish ones as well. When I went it was tuna. I had the Al Pastor tacos they were amazing topped with grilled pineapple. The portions are huge and you won't leave hungry. There is plenty of shaded seating. Give this place a try. You'll love the fresh ingredients. It's packed full of flavor.

Yummy fresh caught fish tacos! Also has chicken or pork. By a lot of other food trucks we went on a weekday and had plenty of parking steps from a cute beach but that beach is not safe for swimming. To many currents but you could cool your feet.

Being a socal native 30 min from the border it's hard for me to try Mexican food in different places without some apprehension but you guys nailed it , fresh , tasty , and reminded me being home .

Kauai has a lot of food trucks and a lot of Mexican food choices. Best food truck fish tacos on the island and possibly the only or one of the only using fresh fish not frozen. Consistent and delicious every time with a friendly staff as well.

Every thing was really good but there wasn’t anything that we had that was extra special so that’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. If the had something that was real creative or just so great I kept thinking about it I would have given it 5 stars.

We stopped here for a quick lunch after arriving on Kauai. We thoroughly our meal.
There were plenty of options to choose from. We tried the Al Pastor tacos and the Fresh Fish tacos. We didn't have a long wait for either, and they both were excellent. The prices were reasonable (for Hawaii) and the included rice and beans sides make this a filling meal and good value.
The staff were very friendly and were very helpful. The truck and the outdoor tables were very clean. The decor is fun, and sitting outside to enjoy lunch was enjoyable.
The only complaint is that there are multiple food trucks and they are all on top of one another here. It would be more enjoyable if they were spread out a bit more, but this isn't a deal breaker.
Do yourself a favor and enjoy a meal here!

I really enjoyed my fresh fish tacos. I don't like fried food and these guys did it right. The location has some tables eat and nice view of the mountain.

Outside dining. This food truck is a must try. Pastor is a particular way of cooking meat, and Al Pastor Tacos does this in an extremely wonderful way.
Let's face it, Hawaii is not a cheap place to eat or live. The quality of food is prepared at a very high level. The folks here have perfected their craft and deliver tasty treats.
A must try, if you are visiting. A continued taste for Taco Tuesday. Tell them you are giving them a try because of a SPED teacher who lives nearby.
