Maybe something has changed but the fish sandwich I had was one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever had! The fish was cooked perfectly, still juicy. The fresh veggies and sauce on the sandwich was also very good, fries were hot, portions perfect for me. Sandwich ate like a juicy cheeseburger, messy but delicious!

My girlfriend and I have been wanting to go here for a couple of months. They are closed on the weekends so it's been a challenge but it was worth the wait. We got the cowgirl and the Teri bacon blue cheese burgers and they were maybe the best burgers we've ever had. There are a couple of tables in front of the truck or you can go sit in the beach which is just right there. We will be back

Da Melting Pot was one of my favorite meals during my trip to Kauai. In the area, there were many different food trucks and this one caught my attention. They had a variety of different options, ranging from burgers to fresh seafood. The lady at the food truck was kind to me and answered any questions I had about the food.
