Highly recommend. Truly the best fish taco. The fresh ahi was nuts. They catered so kindly to my gluten and dairy restrictions and it was delicious. Boyfriend had the fish burrito and it was filled and huge!!! Would definitely go back.

I’ve had a tuna burrito which was below average, absolutely no seasoning and overcooked fish despite them asking you prior if you want it medium rare. Very bland taste. The wait was also about 20 min.

If you’re looking for not spicy, and the more authentic side of Mexican surf n turf this place is for you! It was very fresh, fresh caught fish daily and you can tell! For us, we are big on heavy seasoning and this just wasn’t that. Food was clearly quality, the guac was fresh made and AMAZING. The chipotle crema was also so yum just not spicy. For us it was bland to others this would be perfect ? the staff was super quick and nice. Left a $15 tip based on that.

We ordered vegetarian tacos for our kids. The quality is decent and taste was ok. Simple veggies added to tacos. The service is poor as they flat out said no for a request for an extra box or plate. A bit of customer empathy goes a long way in this business.

Disappointing Fish Tacos Experience in an Overrated Food Truck SceneReview:I recently tried the fish tacos at this food truck in Hawaii, and I must say, I was quite underwhelmed. For $16, you would expect to receive a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The two tacos I received were filled with fish that lacked any discernible flavor. It was as if the fish had no seasoning or character at all, leaving me feeling like I was eating bland, uninspired food. To add insult to injury, the tacos were accompanied by a side of rice and beans, which did little to elevate the overall experience. While I appreciate the effort to provide a complete meal, the lackluster taste of the fish left much to be desired. These food trucks on Hawaii are generally overrated and almost feel like a tourist trap, with few exceptions. It's disappointing to see such high prices for mediocre food, especially in a place known for its culinary offerings. Overall, I left the food truck feeling disappointed and unlikely to return, opting instead to seek out better dining options on the island.

Al Pator is the best I’ve had outside of Mexico. Mahi mahi was fresh and delicious. Great homemade hot sauce. Waited about 15-20 minutes at 2pm and not busy but worth it.
