Delicious! It’s hard to imagine how one could go wrong with shaved ice. Enjoying one daily while spending time on the island is highly recommended.

This is my first time having Jojo’s shave ice and I will say I’m not disappointed. The macadamia nut ice cream in my #4 was a dream! Creamy and delicious. The coconut ice on top was the best I’ve had. Overall very happy with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. Especially after a river tour with Khaymon @ Ali’i kayak tours. Both wonderful!

Just rude front desk girl, stood there for 10 min a ft away being absolutely ignored as the 3 teens chatted amongst them selfs all standing at the front desk, I typically don’t leave reviews but was shocked at how immature the staff is with no supervision. I think the children may own it, or the owner is that aside his business to train etiquette to employees in arguably the most tourist trafficked spot. Pretty amazing tbh, ended up ordering after I initiated the order politely after 20min with no one in line but myself, it tasted terrible I took maybe half a bite and threw it away and than walked to hibiscus sweet kauai and had great service and was walked thru the whole menu without even asking, would definitely recommend hibiscus sweet kauai located directly across from this place. I think giving kids a job is cool, but I think giving children service etiquette will take them much further.

Terrible. The shave ice was not packed and they put so little syrup in it that it was white near the bottom. I would not go back and would go to any other place.

The kids working when we visited were helpful enough, recommended what we should try as this was our first ever shave ice. However, walking by their shop later, they were blasting nasty rap music which included the f-word. Realize they're geared to the young crowd, but all the more reason not to blare such filth. No business should project anything like this. Would NOT recommend this place.

We’ve become shaved ice snobs while visiting Hawaii on our honeymoon. This one is good… but not great! The ice melted SO fast and was pretty chunky, rather than the silky smooth texture you’re hoping for. They need to keep their syrups chilled to avoid melting half your bowl. Flavors were hit and miss & the ice cream was nothing special.

I got the tropical breeze and it was so good! First time trying shave ice and I'm hooked! The macadamia nut ice cream, ice with local fruit flavors, and a coconut cream topping was the perfect treat to end a busy day!

But, what else are you expecting the shaved ice? Lol, it was good. I wish that I would have went to the one on the west side at the base of the canyon.
