I got the shashuka platter. I thought it was tasty, but there was some runny liquid maybe coming from the shashuka that caused half of the hummus to become watery. It had a good balance of veggies and pickles.
My partner got the chicken shawarma. We did agree the pita bread was the best part of the meal… but the protein and slaw ratio was off. The watery stuff was pooling at the bottom of the pita. The chicken was scant (in my partner’s opinion) and only on the top of the pita, so as he continued to eat it, there was mostly just the veggie slaw.
Falafel was only warm (not hot) so didn’t feel fresh like the rest of the meal. But we did appreciate how it didn’t feel greasy inside and the outside had a nice crunch.
It was cute they had a spray… I guess to scare off birds?
Hands on the best food truck on the island! The samples are amazing but the rest of the menu is also so delicious, wow! Definitely recommend the Shakshuka sandwich, so good and got some falafels on the side. Everything is fresh and flavourful and the staff there are a lot of fun! Mahalo and will be coming back here on my next visit for sure!

Wow!!!! This place is so heartwarming , has amazing individuals that truly work hard and offer samples with a big smile and always engage in lovely conversation. The food is exceptional, fresh as can be and they also always play wonderful music - it’s an amazing atmosphere and such a breath of fresh air. I love coming here!!! Thank God this place exists, because like I said it is just bright and heartwarming - the people working are truly genuine, kind and caring. I wish this place and the sweet people working there all the success and prosperity, cheers.
