“Been coming for years (2003). Love love love this Ritz. Everything is spectacular from the moment you valet to the beach.

However, this year was the first time I questioned if the staff in lounge are going through the motions without the ladies and gentlemen credo in their hearts. Seemed like they're demotivated. Hope I'm wrong and this is just an off night.“

“Best hotel in Maui. They provide unlimited spa access unlike four seasons and Ritz, and location is perfect for snorkeling and paddle boarding . Turtles and seals are often visible from the beach . Not as many restaurants at other properties but the property itself is immaculate and leaves nothing to be desired .“
